You feel like youre stuck? You need your desire asap? Then you might have a resistance problem.

You don’t need to get the thing you desire. You could technically stay alive/live without it too. But when you feel like its something that you cant live without. Like it just has to happen. Then youre pretty desperate, youre in the state of lack and not having it. You just need it so bad and it seems impossible to have/achieve.

You see, when you desire something your subconscious will think „ we need this right now! It’s so perfect it would solve everything. I need to have it!!” And then she will start stressing about it. Your desire will look like water, food, sleep to your subconscious. You need to get that desire in order to survive. You’ll probably do just about anything to get it. 

Whenever you feel like you dont have your desire right now but you need it right now. You stress. Just affirm that you dont need it but you want it.

 “Well i don’t need this, but i want it.“

After you say that you dont need it but you want it, youre subconcious will understand. Resistance will fade away because you dont seem desperate anymore. It implies that it would be better if you would have the desired thing but you dont need it. This gets you out of the state of lack because your subconcious mind sees needing something and wanting something as two separate things. 

needing = state of lack, desire is hard to achieve, you feel rather negative

wanting = would be nice if it was part of your reality, you can live without it too it would just be better if it was here, you feel rather neutral

Also, we know that our subconscious manifests things we want automatically.

We manifest small thinks faster and easier because we actually don’t really „need them”. We can live without them. And also when we affirm for those „small” things it’s more fun, since we only want them because we want them and not because we need them, no stress.

In conclusion this is how „big” desires will seem pretty small to your subconscious. Always remind yourself that it’s not something necessary and something you have to stress about. After saying „ i don’t need this, but i want it” you’ll probably stop feeling a bit of that resistance, you can exhale calmly and feel relieved. Then start doing the method you want to do. For me personally after feeling a lot more calmer and secure the methods become more fun.

Do we need to repeat affs

You can use other techniques like visualisation/ sats, you don’t NEED to repeat affirmations. There are other techniques you can do as well. But repeating affirmations is the most popular technique i think? It’s easy because you can do it wherever and whenever you want and it always brings results too like the other methods. You use affirmations to change your mindset and thought pattern, your subconscious absorbs affirmations like a sponge. So i recommend repeating affirmations if you can hardly visualise or do other methods. But you never have to stick to only one method you can manifest however you want. Repeating affirmations can be no fun if you:

- repeat affirmations to GET a manifestation [not to change your mindset]

Affirm for sth once and your subconscious instantly absorbs the affirmation!! -> it’s done in your 4D and with persistence you’ll see it materialised in your 3D

- feel the need to affirm 24h (obsess)

You only repeat affirmations to remind yourself that you already have what you want. You don’t have to remind yourself every minute of the day, but when you think of your desire you could repeat it a few times. Or every hour for 5 mins or every 2 hours for 10 minutes you can repeat your affirmations. Also before sleeping and right after waking up. You don’t even have to!! But you can to change your mindset asap.

When affirming feels draining and like no fun, then maybe your affirming to see something in your outer world and not to change your mindset. That’s a mistake!! If you do feel like this then go back to the basics of the law.

Hihii, how can I deal with anxiety while manifesting? Its like that I am keeping good and then I get triggered by the 3d and anxiety hits me, I try to calm and affirm but I just cant stop getting scared that how I feel will manifest and makes it a bit hard to focus my mind into the affirmations. 🤍

Hiii so i have rules for asks you kinda didn’t follow them I’d say. I wouldn’t answer this ask normally because i talk about how to deal with the 3D in everyone of my posts and asks tbh but I’ll say it again since i have time rn.

Okay so you’re reacting to the 3D. That’s why you’re anxious.

But there is no reason to feel anxious because:

• The things you hear and see in your 3D that contradict your manifestation/ assumptions don’t exist in your 4D. Therefore they aren’t real or relevant because only the things in your 4D will materialise in 3D and 3D will get rid of the things that contradict your assumptions. WITH PERSISTENCE.

(This also means that if you see proof in your environment of you not being able to manifest its not true it will fade and youll get proof of what you want soon)

• Your subconscious mind does not have eyes. She only manifests what YOU think about. She doesn’t know about what’s happening in your 3D unless you start thinking about it.

(This means that your subconscious doesn’t know about your struggles irl unless you focus on them-> to change your focus start flipping your thoughts and applying a method like affirming)

• Your subconscious instantly absorbs affirmations like a sponge. With only one affirmation it’s already done in your 4D. With persistence it materialises in your 3D. (This means that you can change that believes instantly because once it’s in 4D, your 3D instantly starts to change)

And also your problem is that you’re affirming to see something in your reality. You’re not affirming to remind yourself that you already have it. Big mistake.

You think you have it -> proof of you having it in 3D

You think you don’t have it -> proof of you not having it in 3D

Everyone has gotten off tumblr and living the life of their dreams, and bloggers are tired of miserable people like me, except me I've been here for three years and haven't manifest anything and my life is falling apart. I don't think this is right for me. I'm about to give up. I don't know what's happening to me. My pain increases every day, and I lose my faith every day 😔

❣️example: i lose weight by constantly thinking “i am so skinny” and assume that every time I see my body, it is skinny. this assumption will harden into fact and my subconscious only knows that i am skinny.

❣️ the key to living in the end: you are not “trying to manifest” “waiting to manifest” “wishing to manifest” or “hoping to manifest”. no. you already manifested your desires, you are at the end of your journey already. there is no future where you’re going to have results. there is no desire to try to manifest, you already have it. you are already at the point of having full results. not in the future, but right at this present moment, you already have everything you want. and you are mentally operating as the person who has their every desire fulfilled.

❣️ you’re NOT expecting results when you live in the end, you already have results.

❣️my next point is that you should consistently focus on the end, not just say affirmations once and then go around and tell others the same story about how you never got results. when you’re telling the story about how you never got results before, you’re just putting the most of your attention on the lack of results. and the lack continues to manifest.

❣️ it appears that many of you are confused on how to affirm. it is so easy you’ll actually be mad at how effortless it is to do! If you can’t visualize, don’t. just rely on affirming. you can repeat affirmations in your head whenever you have the time, even if it’s just waiting in line for a couple of minutes.

❣️ remember that no matter what you do, your goal is not to get your wishes in the future, your goal is to remind your subconscious your wishes have been fulfilled already.

❣️ you just have to think of affirmations that imply you FULLY- not partially have your desires. if you’re confused on what to affirm, go look at the subliminals in your playlist. what do they have benefits for? clear skin maybe? so you’re going to repeat in your head “ i have clear skin”

❣️ you can affirm with ANY desire. your mind is so powerful you can change your life literally just by thinking and doing nothing else.

❣️ your affirmations can also be questions. for example, “why do I have such clear skin?”. if you repeat this affirmation in your head, then your subconscious is going to immediately try and create evidence to answer why your skin is so clear. if you search for something hard enough, you most definitely will find it.

❣️ if you feel overwhelmed because you want to manifest more than one thing at a time- then use umbrella beliefs! they are more general and work just as powerfully. examples are “i have the perfect life” “i have a perfect body” “i have the perfect face” “isn’t it wonderful” “thank you” “it is finished” “i love life”

❣️just keep doing it and don’t stop, even if you don’t see results, or don’t believe in your affirmations, keep affirming. because once you affirm something so much, you will feel it be real, you will believe it, and it will be visible in your outer reality.

❣️ you realize you are the operant power, creator, and you are an infinite being. now you want to create a reality in which you have a million dollars. you remember the fact that creation is finished, so your one million dollars already exists. because you know it exists, you are not doubting that it’s yours, you already know you own one million dollars, even if you don’t see it, you don’t need to, you are certain that because you imagined it, it’s been created and claimed by you. you are in the state of certainty that you have your desired amount of money, and so is your subconscious. this directly projects into your 3D world and in the outer reality, you do have your money now because your subconscious has been reprogrammed for it, and you have never prevented yourself from getting it, you knew from the start it was yours to claim.

we have two people that made a poor judgement call and did something to hurt another.

⇢ person a will say sorry because they truly felt remorseful for their action, "i'm really sorry" and will make the effort not to do it again. ⇢ person b will say sorry because they were told to or they were caught "say sorry! you hurt their feelings." — "i'm sorry." and they will turn around and proceed maneuvering in the world with no awareness of being, lacking awareness in their actions. it becomes a cycle.

"It doesn't matter what you say if you don't mean it."

no change in feeling/consciousness = no change in the world

this is the same thing with manifestation. if self has nothing, so will the world. you can affirm, visualize, meditate, script, and persist but what's the meaning behind it if you're just blindly following what others tell you to do?

when you were repeating affirmations or visualizing scenes (which are techniques) that implied you have your desire now - that's what it's for. to help you realize that you are the person who has it now because creation is finished, that you have given yourSELF what you once desired by being.

you've repeated so many thoughts and daydreamed many times (the good, the bad, and the indifferent) and when you got out of it, you dismissed it. "nah, it won't happen."

because you FELT that it was just a daydream, that it's just a thought. you didn't accept it as a fact. this is why we say thoughts/techniques do not manifest, it's you.

✗ repeated thoughts ≠ assumptions ✓ things (such as but not limited to feelings, affirmations, scenes) in imagination, accepted as true = assumption

YOU manifest. everything in this world is meaningless. the only time something has meaning is because you give it one.

this is where the "saying sorry" analogy in the beginning of the post comes in. it doesn't matter what you say if you don't mean (feel) it.

"but the subconscious is blind, it doesn't matter what you say." — it has no distinction of the outer world, correct but it accepts as true what you FEEL to be true, not what you say.

✗ feeling ≠ emotion ✓ feeling = knowing

think of it as a celebrity who will just say things for the public eye for praise. eventually it'll show that it's just out of vain. there's no passion. the lack and nothingness will reflect.

it's about being, loving, giving. fulfilling the inner self in imagination because that's the only thing that truly matters. you are already the person who has what they want. you already experienced it. your future dream has now become a present fact.

⇢ one person can view the world as hopeless and dull while another full of life and opportunity. one person can view flowers as a beautiful metaphor for birth and growth while another view it as some petals attached to a penducle. one person can view success as being a millionaire, having a big house, and booming business while another can view it as inner peace no matter their financial status, where they live, and working at a simple day job.

depending on your perspective and how you feel inside shapes your world. in the comparisons above, one person is fulfilled while the other is suffering all within because of how they view the world (self), because the world around you is a reflection of self. the world within you is the only one there is.

⌗ once again, it is SELF that has power. your I AM. SELF is the world. CONSCIOUSNESS IS THE ONLY REALITY. SELF IS EXPRESSED. you have the power to change your concept of self and when you change your concept of self, that is your state, your identification, and that is what will show in the world.

focus on what matters and that is self, not the outer world. stop forcing techniques to force a feeling. it’s not that this certain technique, subliminal or challenge didn’t work, it’s YOU. you’re not allowing yourself to be the change.

this is a joint/collab post between @blushydior and @angelsinluv. this was originally bambi’s post so she’d written most of it but doesn’t want to post it on her blog for personal reasons. so we thought it’d be a good idea for me to post it on mine and put our knowledge together since it’s been the talk lately.

there are many different ways of understanding the law and manifesting your desires whether it be behind a scientific point of view or the principle, states.

now, let get into it.

☆ ┊ STATES

the sooner you understand and get the gist of states, the more seamless your manifesting journey will be. this realization is what brought bambi to manifest her dream life.

states manifest and thoughts don’t and i’ll explain why in this guide but in no way shape or form that i am pushing my beliefs onto you.

even if you don’t agree with that statement or are unable to fully click and resonate with states just yet know that states and thoughts work together to bring awareness to what mindset/story you’re entertaining.

for example, if you wanted to know what state you’re in, you would look at your thoughts. why? because when you change your state, your thoughts naturally change as well so therefore, thoughts and feeling are indicators of what you’re state in.

if your day to day thoughts are:

where are my desires?

why hasn’t the 3D conformed yet?

i didn’t get to saturate my mind today, now i won’t get it

you are coming from a state of lack. a state of not having your desire unaware that your imagination trumps the 3D. always.

i’m not saying it’s a crime to affirm all day. many people enjoy it so it’s not out of lack. it’s up to how you’re doing it.

with manifestation, you’re either in the state of:

being the person who has it

being the person who is trying to get it

in the law of assumption, what creates reality? your mind (consciousness)

so, if you’re affirming, visualizing, doing all these things IN YOUR MIND, to change your reality (3D) then…

BY DEFAULT:

imagination creates reality

the 3D is a reflection of your state of BEING

always look inwards for confirmation because that’s the true reality!

state = your mindset / your state of being / state of consciousness. your I AM.

it’s what you identify as. your awareness of being.

choose what you want and embody the mindset of the person who has their desire.

for example, if you wanted $10 million, you choose to be in the state of fulfillment - the person who has $10 million.

that is now your state - the person who has their desire.

☆ ┊transform them into fact

now that you set the intention of embodying the person who has their desires, thoughts that align with your state will naturally flow to you.

as you can tell, thoughts and feelings are a product of a state but repeating affirmations, visualizing, doing whatever you want can also help you sustain and being into the state. that’s what techniques are for!

so what would you be thinking and how would you feel if you had your desire?

thinking = imaginal acts that include visualizing/affirming

thinking is not just affirming because there are people who think in visuals and others who think in forms of words (affirmations). do what feels natural to you. — blushydior

affirm: “i have $10 million dollars in the bank!”

visualize: any scene that implies you have $10 million dollars in the bank

feeling: nonchalant / at peace / etc. knowing you have $10 million in your possession.

that is now your awareness / state of being

feeling ≠ emotion!

feeling = accepting your desire as a fact that it is yours because consciousness is the only reality.

you don’t have to act as if. only think as if.

❝are you thinking from the state you desire? or is your dream just a passing fancy, a daydream you enjoyed for the moment & then dropped?❞

if you say you want money, are you gonna keep WANTING it? NO. to manifest, you ARE the person who has the money.

that’s it. that’s your state!!

YOU ARE THAT PERSON WHO HAS THE MONEY. simple. (that’s because the law is)

☆ try it right now with me!

close your eyes, claim you have what you want. by affirming, visualizing, whatever feels good to you.

see it, feel it, know that your mind creates your world. what you see is THE REAL FACT.

isn’t it liberating? BECAUSE IT IS.

you are free to do and have whatever you want! this is why the 3D, circumstances and feelings DO NOT MATTER. why? because YOU, the operant power JUST SAID you have it in your mind so why are you going to let emotions and the 3D effect you?

now, accept these thoughts and your state as facts because that’s what they are. consciousness is the only reality so if you say and know that who you are in imagination is true, the law has no choice but to reflect your awareness of being.

not all thoughts are assumptions and you are not all of your states!

the state and thoughts you identify with manifests.

you are always passing through a number of states throughout your days. a state of sadness, a state of anger, a state of nonchalance, a state of fulfillment.

dwell and identify with the state of your choosing = the person has all their desires!

it’s the same thing with thoughts.

“thoughts are just thoughts. thoughts accepted as true are assumptions. and thoughts/assumptions are products of your state of consciousness. feelings do not mean emotion. feelings = the acceptance that your desire is a fact in imagination.” — blushydior

like i said, thoughts are just thoughts. unless you assign meaning to doubts and affirmations, they hold no power. you do. so which one are facts and which ones are powerless?

your imaginal acts (visualizing / affirming) = fact

doubts, intrusive, negative thoughts = powerless. don’t even care enough to label them. they’re silly little thoughts.

☆ ┊sustain your state - persist!

all you have to do now is persist in that assumption and sustain your state until it hardens into a fact.

A COMMON MISCONCEPTION is that you have to CONSCIOUSLY be in the state all day everyday. NO. all you have to do is return to it/persist whenever you WANT to and WHENEVER you think about it

❝ You don't have to remain in a state if you have made a mistake. You can change states morning, noon, and night, but the state to which you most constantly return constitutes your dwelling place. ❞

SEE! it’s really no different. it’s the same as meditating on affs or rampaging, visualizing, thinking from your desire etc but it’s the fact that you are doing these things to make it natural & bc you enjoy it, not because you “don’t see it in the 3D” and you freak out then over-consume, affirm more, etc.

whenever you think about your desire, remind yourself that you already have it. 

if you caught yourself dwelling in a place of lack, for example, asking “where is it?” / “it’s not here yet.” — correct yourself. return to the wish fulfilled and feel it to be a fact in imagination.

doubts, intrusives, opposing thoughts

you let them pass because you are already the person who has it all. if you identify as the person who has their desires (“i have xyz”) why would you let little doubts deter you? they can come in your mind ALL DAY but if you don’t identify with them, they don’t hold power.

if YOU know you’re already the person who has their desire, nothing and no one can stop them from conforming.

for example, if you were famous and all of a sudden you were told “no, you’re not!”

would you go:

“i’m not? oh my god… you’re right. i’m not famous!”

or

“uh…? wrong. because the evidence* is right there? i just said i’m famous so that’s what i am…. famous. lol.”

*evidence = you. your state/4D/mind.

→ ┊ REACTING is looking at the 3D and complaining. settling for what you see as a fact.

EXAMPLE: seeing the opposite of your manifestation

DON’T: “my life sucks. i hate it here. see? this is why i can never manifest what i want.” and settling for these thoughts as facts.

DO: “it doesn’t matter what i see. what and who i claim to me in my mind/imagination is the real fact that has no choice to be externalized!”

→ ┊ INTERACTING is doing what you need to do in the 3D/physical world but knowing that what you claim in your mind is the REAL fact.

EXAMPLE 1: you’re manifesting a romantic partner.

physically: when someone asks you “hey, are you in a relationship?” you say no.

but in your mind you go: sike. i have the perfect girl/boyfriend 🤭🤭

EXAMPLE 2: you’re manifesting money

physically: you decline to hangout with your friends because you have no money at the moment.

but in your mind you go: “i literally have so much money lol ?? i’m the richest person in the world with all the money i have in the bank.”

EXAMPLE 3: attending therapy or venting to loved ones

physically: “life’s been really difficult lately and it makes me feel stuck. i had a few breakdowns and anxiety problems, etc.”

mentally: (after venting) “that made me feel a little better. i let my feelings out instead of bottling them in. i know i have/will get my desires! everything’s okay. i’m safe.”

it doesn’t matter what you do or say in the 3D!

consciousness is the only reality so if you continue to dwell in the state most favorable to you, that is all that matters!

i’ve gotten a number of asks in the past asking me why they didn’t get what they want if they repeated the thought so many times. my only conclusion from this side of the screen is that you are in the state of trying to get it.

when manifesting, you don’t try. you either have it or you don’t. 

so are you person a?

“okay i have to affirm on loop for 20 minutes, 2 times a day or else, i won’t get it my manifestation!”

blushy’s observation: you aren’t being the person who has their desires if you still feel like you need to get them. so you do all these things like over-consume information, force yourself to affirm the same affirmations on loop 1000x, looking for more answers, etc.

you simply aren’t in the state of being. you’re in the state of lack / trying to get it.

how can you try to get something you already have?

☆ ┊so why do states manifest and thoughts don’t?

a related question: do dominant thoughts manifest?

you can affirm all day and be able to affirm on autopilot in the middle of your sleep or doing chores but if you:

don’t accept them as facts (assumptions)

identify with them

are in the state of trying to get them by going: “i need to affirm more or else i won’t receive my desire.”

you won’t see results.

that’s why it can only take one decision for a manifestation to come to fruition. you fully accepted it as a fact that the version in imagination is the true person who has it whether it be a desire or doubt.

it’s all about the knowing it’s already yours in imagination - that your success is inevitable and it has no choice but to conform and harden into fact.

it’s called the law of assumption for a reason! you accept these assumptions as true WITHOUT any evidence because you know that imagination creates reality.

❝ This is the law of assumption so, if you assume that repeating affirmations all day will get you some kind of movement / your manifestation, that’s what you’ll get. It’s the same thing with techniques and methods, you give your thoughts and these ways of manifesting power. Thoughts are products of your state of consciousness but it doesn’t mean they’re all true. The idea that dominant thoughts manifest makes it seem tedious. The law is simple. all you have to do is accept it as a fact that you are the person who has their desire and you will manifest faster than the speed of light.

this is my opinion but i don’t like the idea of affirming so much to wait until a thought is dominant so it can manifest. it’s very limiting.

it is a fact that you ARE the person who has your desire! the reason why affirming on loop and “dominant thoughts manifest” concept works for others is because they assume it does.

❝ an assumption, though false, if persisted in, will harden into fact. ❞

if you are affirming on loop and aren’t seeing results, this may be your problem and understanding states is the solution you’ve been looking for!

☆ ┊why do people affirm on loop?

this goes along with manifesting with hard circumstances and being a neurodivergent!

i state in my guide that i knew i was the person who already had my desires and since i was constantly filled with intrusives, doubts, and other things (i didn’t identify with them, i just wanted them to lessen) i repeated them as reminders to made me feel better to saturate my mind that: “yes! i do have it.”

saturation is NOT necessary. you don’t need to do it but it helps in many cases as a technique to sustain your state and coping mechanism. it makes persistence easier for many.

another thing. 

if you are this person: 

“okay i’m going affirm all day and then i will get it!”

you will succeed because that is the assumption you’ve created. you fully accepted it as a fact that if you repeat it over and over again, you will get your manifestation.

so yay! you got it.

Don’t get perceived by maras daughter’s!!

Did you know about mara, arati, tanha and raga? I was interested in the story of the girl from nowhere, since i read that nanno is connected to them. And as i was reading this text, i found too many connections to the law of assumption. However I’m not a buddhist and i don’t know if there are lies in this text, i never ever want to be disrespectful or anything like that to the religion or the beliefs I just want to share this since i like how it’s explained so much. If anything i say is disrespectful or something like that, tell me!!! I’ll delete this or change it up!

See how the three daughters are the circumstances in our outer world! And how the enlightenment and buddhas final goal is getting his manifestation, the daughters try to prevent him from that by trying to seduce him. But mara and his daughters aren’t the jailors/ enemies. It would be buddhas mistake if he’d let himself get mesmerised by the girls, he would loose. We ourselves jail us by being mesmerised by his daughters (the circumstances of the 3D).

Mara is death. But if we escape the illusion and the daughters we can change our illusory self and death. I assume that illusory self means us in the illusion/ 3D. For example how we speak, how we act, how we look and how people perceive us- our outer self? We can escape death by escaping the irrelevant circumstances of our outer reality. Once we control our thoughts we control the illusion and with that mara and his daughters.

Raga is lust. Or maybe in our case raga is the attractive choice to give up, to choose to manifest little because it’s “easier”. To just accept what you get or to not change your mindset, because living miserable and pathetic is what you’re used to. Raga shows you that it may be better to just give up and accept what happens to you?

Tanha is desire. Tanha shows us what we lack, what we don’t have. We desire what we don’t have, so tanha would be the feeling of lack. Just being convinced that you don’t have what you want and that you need it. You believe tanha when you believe that not seeing your manifestation in your 3D, means that you failed to manifest it. When you affirm to get something, instead of understanding that you already got it.

Then there’s Arati, the most attractive and devious daughter. Arati is when we give our 3D power. By forming opinions on negative circumstances, giving them attention. When we feel like we can’t change what we see and that the 3D controls everything. So arati is also complaining. We set ourselves up by thinking that the things we see in our outer reality are relevant and then these things manifest all over again. Then we notice and get more and more frustrated and it manifests again and again. It happens when you let yourself believe what you hear and see and let negative thoughts win over you.

The last paragraph makes sense if you think about it in a law of assumption way again. It’s about what determines the state of our rebirth and that by understanding the illusory self, by understanding how it works (how it’s based off of your assumptions), you are able to leave your mind and body easier.

In lesson 3, neville is confident that it takes no longer than 3 days to manifest your desires into your 3D.

“Three days; the duration is three days for response in this world. If I would now assume I AM what I want to be, and if I AM faithful to it and walk as though I were, the very longest stretch given for it’s realization is three days.” - Neville Goddard

once you decide you are who you want to be, or have what you want, staying faithful and loyal to that will guarantee that the manifestation comes into fruition within 3 days.

“If I could completely saturate my mind with one sensation and walk as though it were already a fact, I am promised that I do not need more than a three day diet if I remain faithful to it. But I must be honest about it. If I Change my diet in the course of the day, I extend the time interval.” -Neville Goddard

so in this quote, neville is talking about the process of the 3 days. basically, if you soak your mind with the corresponding thoughts (affirmations) and persist, 3 days is all you need to see it in the 3D. however, during those 3 days, if you waiver, repeat the old story, dwell in doubts or intrusive thoughts, the days will be extended. that’s what neville means by “If I change my diet in the course of the day.” and by diet he means mental diet.

1. decide what it is that you want. this can be one thing or a list of things.

2. choose affirmations that correlate with your manifestation

2. choose affirmations that correlate with your manifestation

3. repeat these affirmations all day

3. repeat these affirmations all day

repeating, will saturate your mind with this new idea. and it will start to become a natural thought.

4. do not waiver, repeat the old story, doubt. anytime you feel the urge to, repeat those affirmations until it’s stuck.

5. and by day 3 (or within 3 days), you will have your manifestation, if and only if you did not dwell in the old story.

*i also want to say real quick that if you do get doubts, intrusive thoughts, or repeat the old story, as long as you do not dwell in that, and immediately change that thought you’ll be good. so don’t worry so much about having those thoughts, worry about correcting them*

this post is no different than any other telling you to persist. cause that’s all this is.. persisting. and i’ve seen all the “i am persisting” “i’ve been persisting for weeks” however, the reason many of y’all don’t see your results is bc while you were so called persisting you let all types of contradicting thoughts pass by and you dwell’d in them. stop doing that!

3 Day Manifestation

soooo.. saturate your mind with affirmations, correct any opposing thoughts, and persist/live in the end.

for 3 days. if you really want your desire, you’ll STAND TF UP, and persist for just 3 days!
