so a while ago i took a fic commission from the lovely @nonsense-at-2am. the prompt was:

“jay uses video games to cope with the events of skybound but it eventually just becomes unhealthy and eventually the other ninja help him get out of this”

so… confession time. i ORIGINALLY planned to write a little one shot about this, but i started getting ideas and thinking more about the prompt. i had a lot of ideas that i loved, but there was NO WAY i was gonna be able to fit it all in just a one shot. therefore…

tada! this is gonna be a multi-chapter fic - my first one ever :) i’m nearly done with the first chapter, and yeesh. just a heads up, this is my first time writing so much - when i sat down to start writing this, i had no idea it was gonna be more than 2.5k words 😬😬😬 as such, i’m not sure if it’s good or not. luckily i have an excellent beta reader, so i trust that when i release it it will be passable lol.

i should probably be able to post it by the end of the weekend, so be prepared! im quite proud of it, and i hope you’ll like it.

Hmm, pretty much just a mix of stuff I like!

Some artists I enjoy:

mindless self indulgence

Will wood

Cavetown

Kate bush

Chappell roan

The fnf soundtrack lol

Musicals (nerdy prudes must die, legally blonde, six, ride the cyclone, etc)

And the rest is any songs I find and enjoy, whether from recommendations or just hearing them somewhere!

ive gotten a lot of mixed reviews on my music taste - usually people either love it or hate it lol

soo first time drawing heatwave (man bots are DIFFICULT for me istg 80% of the time i just cant get it right)
