Okay, so the facebook thing never really took off, and I mostly just lurk on livejournal, but I can totally do the tumblr thing, right? Right! I'm done with anonymously creeping rad blogs. \o/
“So how are things back at McKinley?” Kurt asks, and Blaine smiles at how Kurt’s out of breath after recounting his story of how he and Rachel got lost trying to find food again. It seems to happen to them a lot ever since they moved to New York.
“Oh, you know, about the...

Rules of Tumblr:
If this comes on your dash, you have to reblog.
There’s a moment on Tumblr when this video shows up and you say to yourself, “Oh, there you are, I must reblog you forever.”
Watching this video happen that week… that was a moment for me. About Klaine. You move me.
And reblogging this video would just be an excuse to spend more time watching you.
*reblogs* Uhh, we should reblog.
…I thought we already were.

I Won’t Say I’m in Love
Just an idea for a Klaine video that came to me the other day. (because we all know the Warblers ship Klaine like mad)
Youtube is being ridiculous and taking down a bunch of my videos, so from now on I’m just posting them here.
GIANT GRIN ON MY FACE RIGHT NOW
God when the Warblers came in I lost it.
THIS VIDEO.
OMGGGGG
Aside from being beyond perfect, this video just reminded me how badly I want Kurt to sing Go The Distance.
(thanks to the fair lady jenny for the quick read-over and titling assistance!)
Once upon a time, in a land far away, there was a princess who was kidnapped; snatched right off her unicorn by an evil witch, who left her trapped in a tower out of spite. This tower — as towers often are — was guarded by a dragon, a cruel, yellow beast with snapping jaws, who the townsfolk called Murphy.
The King and the Queen were desperate to see the safe return of their daughter, and offered her hand in marriage to any knight who could slay the dragon and rescue the princess from her tower prison. Knights from all over the realm flocked to the base of the tower, in the hope that they would be the one to succeed. A line of knights stretched for half a mile, all along the bridge that led to the tower and beyond, into the edges of the haunted wood that surrounded it. (Because a tower must always be surrounded by a haunted wood, of course.)
Unfortunately for those brave knights, Murphy the dragon was a nasty creature, an enemy of joy and true love who rained fire and dragonpiss on those who sought to enter the tower. One by one, the knights fell or fled, and the princess could do no more than wave from her window, shouting encouragement or condolences as needed.
Close to the end of the line, still patiently awaiting his turn, was a curly-haired knight, small of stature with eyes of hazel, clad in golden armor bedecked with enameled songbirds perched upon his shoulders. Even late in the afternoon, the day was hot and sunny, and the knight turned to the knight behind him, wiping a drop of sweat from his brow.

Late on Granville Street: I remember seeing these paintings in the window of an art gallery once and wishing I could buy it. I wish I could afford these paintings because I have never seen rainy Vancouver nights and iconic places captured so well. The city where I live, work, the neighbourhood where I went to high school, Late, drunken nights and early, early mornings on Granville St, theatres where I found the love of my life. And most of all, the rain. It’s hard to appreciate it sometimes when it is pouring rain like today, but how can you not when you look at these?
Of course, this one is my favourite. I always talk about leaving this city but I would miss it so much. I see this outside the skytrain multiple times a week on my way to work and always think: “I am so lucky that I live here.”

So I just wanted to put it out there that aside from being incorrect pseudo-science, the whole concept of Black people's melanin protecting them from skin cancer reeks of social darwinism. :/

Agreeing with all points and also just wanted to say that Kurt accidentally pulling a Jesse St. James on Blaine has been my favourite headcanon since I started noticing the parallels.
FFFFFFF BE SASSIER, DARREN, I DARE YOU
1st attempt at water-marbling. This wasn't the most interesting water marble because I was pretty hesitant about messing up the design and ruining everything, but it came out nice enough to give me the confidence to do it again, and I've had far too much fun practising and refining this technique. There are just so many colour combinations and patterns to try and experiment with, and I love that while you can control how it looks to an extent, the nature of the technique ensures that no two nails will look exactly the same. I'm gonna do a little bit of a photo spam of all the water marble designs I've done that I remembered to take (crappy cellphone) pictures of.
