Checo penalty.
This man is determined to never win his home race.
when I just got into F1 I was really confused when people said forza ferrari. I just thought we were imitating italians saying "for the ferrari" in english
I think Jack is a flop 😧
Maybe I’m calling the shots early but he’s sloppy whatever it is, flavio won’t be happy
I'm hesitant to say flop? Unfortunately doohan carries the heavy weight of his father's career, and like mick schumacher, people expect instant results from them because of their name. Alpine has, in the entirety of me watching f1, not been great with training up and comers. They just poach already made drivers, usually.
Jack needs to be given some grace (not too much), to learn how the car works etc. Flavio is not a patient nor kind person/boss and would rather kick him to the curb than give him the proper training.
So sloppy? Yes! But so is any rookie being thrown into the deep end with a semi shit/not-shit car.
Feel like there might be some penalties incoming for track limits soon.
Redbull keeping perez on the track at his home race and not retiring him, is like taking an old family pet on one last walk around the block before putting it down.
I think Yuki can break the curse of the redbull seat since he falls in the commonality of redbull drivers that have won. Successful redbull drivers need atleast 1 of 3 things:
1. Have a single digit racing number. (Seb, Danny, Max)
2. Have a two digit number that is a double/repetition. (Max, Checo)
3. Be Australian. (Webber, Danny)
Yuki is no. 22
Franco, your balls are humongous!!
Tuned into practice for Yuki, turning it off because Villenueve.
We are really at a stage where drivers comms/onboards are doing more bad than good.
this bullshit about drivers shouldn't swear, or be mindful of swearing, on comms is hilarious. if I was Max Verstappen I would say my whole vocabulary of swear words in every language I know and then add that stefano domenicali can fuck off.
The whole norris/mclaren situation, Max being disrespectful to GP, and tsunoda slur thing, could've been kept to the teams. I'm not saying drivers shouldn't be reprimanded for saying slurs, I'm saying it doesn't have to be broadcasted to the whole world.
The whole point of comms is for drivers and teams to communicate, not for the fia and f1 to use as entertainment.
Finished my mother's day gift. Gotta say I'm kinda proud of myself. I started cross stitching and sewing less than a year ago, so she's rough around the edges but she's done.
I miss the old days when they kicked a driver out mid cool down room if a post race penalty was applied
