Ahead of the BelgianGP I think it's important to bring certain things up again.

This sport has lost 2 young lives in similar ways at the same part of this track, in the last 5 years. Which is horrible in every way.

Wishing harm on drivers or hoping that they crash is insane behaviour. Booing and heckling is immature. We do not cheer when drivers crash. This is a dangerous sport where drivers put their lives on the line everytime they get into that car. Remain respectful at all times.

But I've learned that I can't just delete the stuff I've said, doesn't matter if I regret it or if it was wrong. Maybe it's a learning curve for me or someone else. But what I say now, is how I feel now. And when I know better, I can make another, better statement or apologise.

I'm re-watching Hannibal and it starts off with the minnesota shrike serial killer. They hammer on the fact that this dude killed all these girls because they had the same hair and eye colour, build and age, as his daughter. Then they show a picture of all the victims with long brown hair and brown eyes, but the daughter has blue eyes...

I don't really have any well wishes for checo at his home grand prix. Because everytime I want to root for him I remember he just comes off as a shitty person in his personal life.

His wife (then girlfriend) got pregnant and gave birth in 2017, when she was still 19 and according to him they had been dating for a while by then, he was 27. Other reports say they only met in 2017? So idk exactly. Then they got married in 2018 and since then she has given birth to 3 more children (in 7 years she had 4 children) while he was off partying and cheating on her.

And I probably can't say anything about him as a parent cause I have no proof of how he is, but I sure as fuck wouldn't want to be the person having to take care of 4 children, 7 and under, while my husband is travelling the world for his job but doing fuck knows what. (This is an opinion based on my own feelings of this situation and information I had at the time of posting it.)
