I'ms really worried that I ams too much for my girlfriend, because we just had a sit on a bench and it was practically her woreying that I don't like her because I am ace and kinda gay and been saying so while she initiated our relationship, and that she's stressed because of all my autism needs and stuffs and I feels rlly bad because I guess I really am too much too handle. Does anyone else view their regression/dreaming as more of an autistic trait than anything else?

I don't even know if I should be saying it's a trait?

For me it feels like I'm unmasking and even when I'm not regressed I still do/enjoy childlike things.

I wouldn't say I have trauma nor that my regression stems from trauma. My regression just feels like a vulnerable, soft headspace where I can just unwind and unmask. I honestly just didn't grow out of things -like toys and playing- and started masking (I especially noticed it when I was 10) to fit in with my peers who were growing out of things. I didn't want to be left behind and friendless.

Sometimes I subtly mention age regression around my irls hoping somebody, ANYBODY will volunteer to atleast babysit or something …it hasn’t work yet maybe that’s my toxic trait

I want a teacher caregiver so badly. I feel like all the love goes to parents and babysitter caregivers and they're great too. But like someone teaching me fun facts and giving me little worksheets to do and making sure I did my homework and telling me what I great job I'm doing even if my grades aren't reflecting all the work I'm putting in and helping me study more.
