Life advice?
This is a dangerous question to ask me considering that, despite how much I’m trying to learning, I am still a naive child, but I’ll do what I can :)
Be kind to customer service workers, and tip generously
Take breaks! Watch tv! Procrastinate! Living isn’t a deadline
Never be mean to kids. If you don’t like them or don’t want to have any, that’s great! But never, ever be mean to a child
If someone makes you feel bad more than they make you feel happy, don’t dedicate so much time to them.
We all make mistakes! We’ve all misgendered someone, we’ve all judged someone too harshly, we’ve all been idiots. Fix it, and move on a better you than you were
Be kind
Be kind
Be kind
If someone makes you smile, tell them
Don’t get so caught up in the negative that you forget the positive
Let yourself be sad!
You’re never too old to learn new things about yourself or the world
Normalize saying “I love you” to the people who deserve it, normalize saying “goodbye” to the people who don’t
Erase “annoying” from the words you use to describe people.
It’s okay if you were wrong, if you had a bigoted opinion or said something offensive. Change and do better, and recognize that it doesn’t make you a bad person
You are not a bad person
Stop seeing “fat”, “ugly”, “scarred”, etc. as flaws
Make friends with the people who make you feel like sunshine
Make your friends feel like sunshine when they’re with you
Always remember that the person you are right now is worthy of love
Eat!
Forget the idea that your worth is dependent on temporary things. You are the most permanent thing in your life. You are the only one who decides your worth. You are the only one who knows enough to.
Don’t let people forget you
Be the person who listens to a friends story when everyone else starts to talk over them
Don’t ever stop learning
Don’t ever stop being curious
Don’t ever stop creating
Don’t ever forget that you, in every moment, are a piece of art
i have a strong urge to impulse buy a bunch of candles right now so i can sit in a dark room, surrounded by a bunch of candles, i don't know why
katara thinks it’s kind of sexist to be known as ‘the avatar’s girl’. aang agrees and is cool with that
to try and make things better he introduces himself as ‘katara’s boy’
wait, puki, did you attack pikachu?
Back when I was in seventh grade, I took mixed martial arts classes, I was aggressive and rambunctious and it was a great outlet. I learned how to take down someone by bending their wrist a certain way. Anyways, I used that power on a kid I didn’t like cause he had the same name as me. I felt like God, and I never learned any lesson. The end.
