I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend, we did. Today started my more strict food plan. Today was a lot of errands and catching up from yesterday being a holiday, but I stuck to as healthy as possible. This morning a protein shake, lunch I had a small 5 veggie vegan salad from Ankar's cafe & a 6pc grilled nugget from chick fil a, and lots of water. I also got in almost a 1 mile walk with Lawson this morning. I'm ready for a bit cooler weather so I can enjoy longer walks without the humidity. #icantstopandwontstop

I thought so. I'm severely terrified of needles but if I wasn't if have a couple. My husband loves tattoos, well the rightly placed tattoos. He asks me all the time if I'd just get 1. Nooooope is always my answer.
