Been working on a mod to add submas into Stardew Valley!

I’m having a lot of technical difficulties and don’t have much to show yet but I can talk to Emmet and give him batteries.

In episode one, Crowley and Aziraphale ride the bus together, avoiding looking at each other, not sitting near to each other.

In episode six, despite the bus being nearly empty, they sit together, and look directly to each other as they do so.

I know it seems like such a small thing, but this little detail means so much to me. It’s emblematic of the paradigm shift, in the world, in Crowley and Aziraphale’s relationships with their respective “Sides”, and in their relationship with each other.

And the mundanity makes it even more beautiful. Because what is sitting together on a bus, really, in the grand scheme of things? It doesn’t change anything, it doesn’t radically improve anything, it’s no grand moment or sweeping gesture. It’s nothing more than sitting next to each other on a bus.

And yet, that means everything. Everything has changed, and it, in itself,  is important. It represents that they don’t have to hide any more, from Heaven, or from Hell, or from each other, or from themselves.

And it means that they can sit together on the bus. I don’t know, maybe I’m just a clingy person, but… To me, that means a lot, in a way that’s hard to put into words. 

Crowley and Aziraphale, and Angel and a Demon, sitting side by side on the bus home, is possibly one of the most heart-warming, comfortable, lovely things in this entire (beautiful) show. I love it so much.
