Maaaan i already watched both of those lit films and yes, i kinda agree with anon...lol😂 but both still, looks interesting! 🌟

I hope I don’t get kicked out of the Space Fandom for saying this (hence why it’s on anon), but…I thought The Spacewalker/Время Первых was…a LOT better than Gagarin: First In Space. There I said it.

I hope I don’t get kicked out of space Tumblr for saying this, but I... haven’t seen either of these. I tried to watch Gagarin: First In Space but I got interrupted by something and just never went back to it. Oops. :(

Andrian nikolayev, Sergei krikalev, toyohiro akiyama, Sergey volkov, and Gennady padalka.

Nikolayev, i think he is underrated cosmonaut so i feel so pity to him ;-; i like his eyebrows! MUAHAHAHAHAH

image

Krikalev, i was amazed when i know he is spends 803 days in space! that is was so long! and, his birthday month w/ day was actually same with me! im 27 August 2003 and he is 1959

image

Akiyama, pleASe he is the first japanese in space why you all keep saying mamoru mohri is the first hey wtf :((except you saying first JAXA, i will be ok ;-;)

image

Volkov, i know he is the son of cosmonaut aleksandr volkov, he is best son rookie ever! i feel so sad when he is leaving the detachment of cosmonaut.; -;

image

Padalka, he is super great! he is spending 879 days in space and beat krikalev who break the record before padalka. I think is just great! but...he is choose to resign (just like volkov). because he feel on the future he wil never have opportunity to fly again. this breaks my heart. really.

image

but, his hair style tho ;))

To be honest, they are really cute when smilling eeeeeeeehhhhhhhhhhEEEEEHEHEHEHEHEHE

My heart feels warm everytime i thinking about them.

Who are y’all’s favorite astronauts/cosmonauts, and why?

I Think This Is The Highest-quality Version Of This Photo I’ve Seen. Found Here, Color Correction Done

I think this is the highest-quality version of this photo I’ve seen. Found here, color correction done by me. Really stunning quality—the freckle’s on Ed’s hands and his red hair, Rog’s cowlick, Gus’ upside-down watch (as usual), the freckle on his cheek, and wow, he was going to be completely gray very soon, wasn’t he? Our beautiful boys.

“I think the public has accepted the possibility that there is a risk. We in the program accept this possibility also… It’s going to be exciting, this conquest of space, and full of a lot of wonderful things, things we haven’t even dreamed about yet.” Ed White

“If we die, do not mourn for us. This is a risky business we’re in, and we accept those risks. The space program is too valuable to this country to be halted for too long if a disaster should ever happen.” Gus Grissom

“I don’t like to say anything’s scary about it. There’s a lot of unknowns, of course, and a lot of problems that could develop, or might develop, and they’ll have to be solved, and that’s what we’re there for. This is our business, to find out if this thing will work for us… I definitely think you’re apprehensive and you’re considering what’s involved there, you’re thinking about it. But you know how to handle it and take care of it and do the job.” Roger Chaffee
