“Arthur! Arthur, we landed on Boardwalk again!”
Anyways, a concept that is very near and dear to my heart is Arthur actually going back to Marie’s to visit and she ropes him into playing board games.
Because old people fucking love board games.
And John would get so into it. Concerningly into it? Competitive as hell. He’d start out all “This is a waste of time! We should be out looking for the Order, not sitting here playing games!” and then one hour in he’s all “Yes! Yes!! We have two railroads!! She owes us double!!”
Plus the shenanigans of Arthur trying to teach John how to play while he literally can’t speak to him out loud? Hilarious.
Harlan if you’re reading this, please, imagine a big monopoly game with the S4 characters, it would be so funny.
Oscar really chose the most unstable, fucked up guy to dedicate his damn life to
Writing your own stories is so fun because I look at my notes and I go
"My characters have been living on a handful of berries and a single rat they caught? I have been too generous."
And I cut their supplies in half.
peel back the skin to see what lies underneath
I survived because the fuck it we ball inside me burned brighter than the it's so over around me
trying is never enough.

My pfp! I had a dreadful time adjusting the colours, between my laptop and my phone they looked vastly different.
I was obviously very inspired by the art style Mike Mignola, one of my favorite artists, and the art style of the video game Darkest Dungeon.
I really should try drawing in the Engraving style more.
This skrunkly looking guy here is one of my OCs, created specifically for being "the guy that I draw", so if I don't have a character that would go with a certain sketch, I draw him. Because of that, he never really had much of a story or personality.
I actually made up a folk tale about a maiden loving a sailor, but the sailor being in love with the sea. A weird love triangle. Never finished it tho, the lesson or the punchline of the story never came to me.
when people say there's something wrong with Arthur's eyes I like to think it's because John wants to look everywhere, and does so in this sort of uncanny fashion
