The nature vs nurture of it all is so interesting please tell me other people are thinking about this. The innie at the beginning of their life is almost the entirety of the nature of their outie. But as their life continues their nurture is grown through interactions with other innies, managers, and the work as a whole. As an innie continues to work the more they become their whole complete person separate from their outie. It’s the reason why Mark S. rejects reintegration as the solution because the outies have decades of nurture (memory) compared to the little bit the innie’s have gathered overtime.
But you can see the nurture poke through in a lot of the humor styles, the type of people they fall in love with (during the flashback episode it struck me how similar Helly and Gemma’s humor is), and the way in which they speak (outie and innie Dylan using the same specific words).
Innies and outies are not two halves of a whole because the outies keep their nurture while the innies have to start over from scratch.
And on really bad days like Frank Gallagher
Everyday I wake up and think I need to dress more like Mickey Milkovich
cast noah centineo as ash ketchum you cowards
I honestly think…the best thing for the Lunar Chronicles would be if it were a Netflix animated series with amazing animation like Avatar: The Last Airbender, Voltron, or some of ya’ll fanartists out here on Tumblr. Not a movie franchise or live action TV series. It’ll allow the series to push boundaries without the worry of it turning into the Mortal Instruments on what….Freeform? And it’s horrendous movie edition. Ew.
Can we start making our case to Netflix or…?

DO NOT SUPPORT SALVATION ARMY
I am a little high but what if people proposed with beautiful, intricate knives. Ladies would gather around the table and be like “guess what finally happened!!” And pull this beautiful, intricate dagger out of her purse and all the other ladies would gasp and congratulate her
Me when I’m a floopy haired autistic person of high intelligence raised in a bum ass town that while caring about my coworkers feels an intrinsic alienation from them and everyone around me that leads me to helping the cannibalistic serial killer that me and my coworkers are activity trying to catch.
Why are we silent???
I’m thinking of writing a fic about Arthur actually running away to live with merlin on a farm, including
-small house in a big forest
-arthur learning how to farm, actually enjoying it but not wanting to let merlin know
-having to hide from Camelot patrols
-gwen is the only one who knows where they are, but can’t visit because she knows morgana or uther would have her followed
-nightmares in daylight, reminders of an old life, swords underneath the bed and spell books in the closet
-arthur naming the chickens and trying to ride a sheep
-arguing about who’s turn it is do the washing up
-trying to forget why they live alone in the forest and knowing exactly what would happen if they went back
-day long treks to the closest village
-peals of laughter that deer cock their heads at, the smell of soup filling the kitchen with a rich, salty warmth, fire dancing in the grate, merlin constantly humming
-a fire breathing cat
-indecision–is it worth going back??
-druids
-arthur watching merlin slide effortlessly into this life, wondering how the fool he’s known for so long is now teaching him how to survive
-magic, magic everywhere
-bursts of happiness, the smell of wood burning, bright glints in dark hair, weak autumn light, love, warm skin, glowing stars
Just wondering if anyone would be interested in reading it if I put it out there?
Can we talk about this?!
Please don't tell me how to actually work this cursed site I refuse to learn, she/her?
