he comes over as mean because of that, but he does have good intentions

he'll often tell you to sit still and concentrate, sometimes even rolling his eyes when he notices you are too spaced out to even listen to him

however, he won't tolerate anyone else speaking to you like that! 

byakuya knows you very well and he loves you the way you are, even with all of your flaws

when he's being so direct with you, he's only doing so because he knows that if you concentrate for a moment, any annoying chores will be done in no time and you'll get to do the things you're actually excited for

byakuya wouldn't want you to change who you are, but he does know that your hyperactivity can harm you, by forgetting important things, so he does try to help you out and remind you of them

however, byakuya knows that sometimes just telling you to sit still and do what you're supposed to do simply won't do it and that you have day where you just can't calm down
