So when I was 12 at like 1 or 3 in the morning and I'm done drawing for the night. I look the window and see a face staring at me. All I could see was the head. I made eye contact with it until I managed to fall asleep being to afraid move. The face was see through but it I could see an out line of its face features. It look like a sketch of a drawing. But it was glowing and staring right at me. The out line of the figure was yellow ,had pointed teeth, narrow eyes, a top hat for some reason and a monocle.
