I wanted to make a lot that would have three different businesses: a beauty salon, a coworking cafe, and a sports club There are also three two-story apartments for business owners on the lot. I furnished two of them, and one is ready to move in. This lot can be added to the game as a residential lot for business and placed one large family for ownership and management, or it can be played as a lot rented through a mod from Zerbu - Spawn Refresh, which makes public places - working (employees come there and all that) Or you can make a business on one character and invite workers to live as neighbors and solve the housing issue with the help of door management (restrict sims from entering other apartments)

TS4 Comfy Gamer Kit to TS3

Hey there! I decided to take on the feat and convert all 30 items from the Sims 4 Comfy Gamer Kit as my first post & conversion 😅. I took full advantage of the beloved CAST tool (Create a style) on most objects which you can view some of the channels above. Some items like the Sims Forever! Collectible Art Prints have overlays so I recommend using CAST to look through most deco objects! I kept the pricing from Sims 4 I hope that's ok. Please advise me of any issues. So I haven't advertised for any of my future sets yet? It might be because I usually use my laptop for this, that died just when I released the Computing set on Patreon. Ironic, huh?
