I'm reworking my worlds for the new mechanics, I really like the idea that each community lot has an owner, a character who will treat you to a delicious coffee every day, the same character. For me, this adds realism and coziness to the game. So I rebuilt the library in Copperdale.

So.... I did a thing. I really love this sink and decided to go where I've never gone before... Object in S4S. Here's my first [possibly only] cc. I just wanted a clutter free version to put in a row. I watched like one YT video and here we are.

There's two versions [maybe I'll create a third version some day with added slots to the original] : a clutter free version and a shelfless version.

Note: the shelf-less version is giving me issues. I added the slots to the top and they show up in S4S but they refuse to work in my game. Mainly wanted to share to see if anyone else is having an issue with it. No pressure to comment, I'll revisit it tomorrow but I have 48hrs in DDV to find 4 memories.

Another build from my Scuffed NYC save that I promised to my community on YouTube, and I am finally getting around to posting it. As the title states, this is an apartment building located in the Art District of San Myshuno. Only the bathrooms, kitchens, and gym are furnished.

TS4 Comfy Gamer Kit to TS3

Hey there! I decided to take on the feat and convert all 30 items from the Sims 4 Comfy Gamer Kit as my first post & conversion 😅. I took full advantage of the beloved CAST tool (Create a style) on most objects which you can view some of the channels above. Some items like the Sims Forever! Collectible Art Prints have overlays so I recommend using CAST to look through most deco objects! I kept the pricing from Sims 4 I hope that's ok. Please advise me of any issues.
