I furnished two of them, and one is ready to move in. This lot can be added to the game as a residential lot for business and placed one large family for ownership and management, or it can be played as a lot rented through a mod from Zerbu - Spawn Refresh, which makes public places - working (employees come there and all that) Or you can make a business on one character and invite workers to live as neighbors and solve the housing issue with the help of door management (restrict sims from entering other apartments)
