Noelle is an ally. She fucked up, yes, and she now understands why that's not okay. But by canceling creators for making mistakes like THIS rather than giving them room to grow you're:

1. Teaching creators to never own up to their flaws thus depriving them of growth out of fear of being cancelled

2. ENCOURAGING WHITE CREATORS TO INCLUDE NO RACIAL DIVERSITY IN THEIR WORKS SINCE DOING SO PUTS THEM AT RISK OF BEING CANCELLED
