1 coat of OPI “Navy Shatter” over 2 coats of Tawdry Terrier “Dawgquiri.”  Dawgquiri is a shimmering lime green glass fleck polish with a mix of turquoise shimmer and shimmer that has a duochrome effect, shifting from gold to blue, inspired by one of our favorite cocktails, the Daquiri from the Cocktail collection. Navy Shatter is a navy shatter/crackle polish from the Summer 2011 Shatter collection.
