“Pink Socks” - Sam & Cait AU 

a/n: it’s canon that Sam and Cait always get dressed together for events and at the SAVFF, Sam was wearing pink socks that matched a certain pink dress ;)

We had brought a change of clothes for the panel later on — one that I was particularly dreading because of who was moderating. I tried not to dwell on the fact that I was about to sit through an evening of Sam being asked asinine questions that had nothing to do with the show. The whole reason we were here in Savannah.

I had just slipped into my Calvin Klein dress, a soft pink silk with pockets that I absolutely adored, and was watching Sam as he walked over from the dining table, fried chicken in hand. As he sat down, his pants rose and a flash of pink caught my eye… the pink socks to match my dress.
