Excerpt, Secret Invasion Part 2
Peter's and Teresa's interaction
“Let’s talk about it then,” Peter grinned angrily under the mask “Look at you, you are alive and well, talking like you know better. What’s stopping me from just…” Peter stopped, taking a deep breath, and exhaled “…you and your dad hurt someone I cared about, Teresa, but I asked Fury to recruit both of you because I know both of you can be better. I…hope, both of you can do good things with your talents. Call me stupid, but that’s the truth.”
“…why? I don’t buy the whole Samaritan thing from you, Spidey. Why did you do it?” Teresa curiously questioned the vigilante in front of her, irritated by the lack of facial expression.

Try as it might to protect Eddie and itself, Venom has undergo the greatest sacrifice to destroy the Grendel and protect its host. In the final panel, Eddie lies on the floor in pain as the symbiote spews from his mouth and on to the ground, where it dies. But not before saying: “I’m sorry, Eddie… I should have told you… I love you, Eddie.”
Side note: Deborah Ann Woll played the fuck outta that first scene; I can feel everything

Alicent and Criston are my favorite kind of romance, it's classic tragedy;
One bound by vows and duty, betrayed all that in the face of romance
One bound by status and image, betrayed all that in the face of intimacy
Both will suffer from this, eventually
Foggy's death was not exactly a cheap shot; it's to show that, in New York City, even with numbers of vigilantes around, sudden and unprecedented deaths can still happened.
Superheroes can't be everywhere despite how amazing they are, there will be the people they failed to save.
What makes them heroes was that, despite the downs they will find the courage to get back up and keep on hoping to see a better day.
