There are actually hundreds of “chosen ones” born when one is needed. This is usually because the big bad endeavors to kill them all. However, this time all of the “chosen ones” survive to adulthood, and now no one really knows what to do about it.

Sometimes I wonder how Hogwarts kept the house sorting so secret then I remember the time I went to a summer camp and there was a big event where the new campers had their pants branded and no one told them that they put a wooden block in the pocket so you won’t get burned.

There’s some metal car parts in the side pocket of my passenger door and they make a faint jingling noise while driving. Obviously I know they’re there but other people don’t so I like to pretend they’re crazy for hearing it and gaslighting them into thinking they need to go to the doctor.

If I start reading a fic and I really don’t like it, I’ll mark it for later so if I ever come back to it, I’ll know that I didn’t like it.
