Neighbors

Black Hat has neighbors. I imagine that none of them have the slightest idea who or what he is. All they know is he barely comes out, never responds to the weekly potluck invite, and they only ever really see him out when hes filming something. So they’ve all come to the conclusion that he and his roommates run a YouTube channel. Maybe he has a prank show, that guy in the bag sure seems to be the brunt of most of the jokes

I liked the character of Penumbra, since her goal was to cover herself from the sun to help herself and others like her from her condition. Tamien, the concept of how the same villains see the heroes as the bad guys in the story, was great. I liked the chapter 🎩❤✨.

Headcanon : Black Hat can speak French but very badly. He keeps getting mixed up between French, Spanish and Italian because of how alike the three are. It’s a mess.

When Winter comes, Death Follows 

In Hatville, the citizens are just completely used to the utter lunacy of evil that surrounds them. Giant kiju? Don't worry, we're insured for that. Dead body outline in chalk? Boom. Kids fill it in with hopscotch squares. Power went out? Dementia was probably chasing a raccoon up the power lines... Again.

If there isn’t a significant part of the show dedicated to BH’s neighbours under-reacting to his and his employees’ antics ‘cause they’ve Seen It All, I’ll write a letter of complaint to to the Villainous crew
