I cannot put into words how much I Fucking Loathe the fact that when you search something on youtube now it will randomly intersperse blocks of "people also watched" and "for you" into the results. That's not what I searched for, youtube. I typed in a search query because I wanted to see search results, not random unrelated garbage you have placed in my way apparently to either inconvenience me or force me to scroll further for actual results. I despise your wretched little games and every time I see it I can only instantly close the tab as I am overcome with the urge to burn something down.

I am a mosaic of everyone I have ever known and loved and touched and I find fragments of them in my playlists and how I make my tea. we may not know each other any more but we will stay connected like this. I hope a fragment of me is with you too.

I saw a TikTok about OP getting older while their old anime crush stays the same, they were very sad about it. The comments were people freaking out about it too or how they “grew out” of their crush, which looked more like them trying to convince others or themselves.

These young people stressing over getting old and not being able to like their old fictional crushes, because… they don’t age?

I’ve always kinda thought some of the characters I like grow with me. I have fun time thinking about us being older together. Or I think about myself being younger.

So it’s just so sad to see these younger people having anxiety over what fictional characters they like.

We've all gotten just a bit too comfortable being jerks to strangers on the internet I think
