My Rules

If you are under 18 years of age, please tread carefully. Do not message me personally, I am quite uncomfortable with speaking to someone so young, but feel free to send asks. I will tag everything smut and violence related with the tag nsfw. If I find out that you are under 18, I will have to block you. I ask you to respect my wishes, and in turn I will respect yours.

I know that asking you not to interact whatsoever is pointless, we’ve all been there, but just don’t go past my boundaries.

If you are shy and want to send me a message, please feel free to! If you don’t want to send me an anonymous ask, message me as well! I am honestly open to it if you’re 18 or over, but I am not that great at messaging so expect a reply within the next 3 days. Requests will have their own separate post, and if I get curious enough I’ll create a Masterlist here. I will link my AO3 account here as well when I have the time. Don’t be afraid to give me criticism on my works btw, I strive to improve as much as I can!

That being said though, I won’t take any bashing seriously. If you need to rant, let me know and I’ll listen, but mindlessly bashing and blasting anyt writing of mine or someone else’s will be ignored and the ask/interaction deleted. If you didn’t like it, you can just not read it or ignore it. You can also just leave a sad or angry face if you don’t like my latest story/stories, maybe both, maybe even just a bunch of stabbing emojis. Go at it, have your fill, but don’t be mean.

My last rule is to please try and be patient. I am not good with managing literally anything time-wise or other, so if I don’t reply right away, just wait a few days before sending the same message. Threats aren’t appreciated no matter who they come from, bad-mouthing or swearing at me won’t make me answer faster, and asking me to hurry up with an update or a story idea is just, really stupid. I don’t get paid for this, I do it for fun, please remember that before sending me your impatient message.

Also for those of you who understand how hard it is to balance everything, you’re the real MVP’s. I love you guys, can’t wait to write for you all! Stay tuned for all my stuff!

i think the biggest gripe i rly have with the "no kink in public! no pda!" people is that these issues are all them problems. like. how do i explain this. if you're uncomfortable with someone wearing an o-ring necklace in public then that is because the presence of sexuality stirs negative emotions within you. the two solutions to that are to either deal with it or to impose rules that prevent others from doing that.

the problem with imposing these rules is that there is no clear line between what is and isn't kink, what is and isn't a sex thing, and if you try to say "no sex stuff in public!" you are opening your community to the kind of scrutiny that lets authority figures decide what is and isn't a socially acceptable display of sexuality. which is how we end up with terfs and homophobes claiming that drag should be made illegal because it's a sex thing and the existence of effeminate gay men somehow threatens children.

i much prefer the solution that involves the sex-averse person just getting over it or, idk, taking responsibility for themselves. you are never going to eradicate sex from your life completely because it's a part of human existence but if it makes you that uncomfortable you can remove yourself from certain spaces, curate your online experiences, check doesthedogdie for content that you might find triggering, etc. ultimately you should be unpacking why sex offends you so much. why do you find it uncomfortable? is it jarring? maybe you've had traumatic experiences in the past that you need to work through without imposing unreasonable expectations on the people around you. maybe you're just not interested in sex, or are asexual, or find it annoying. you're allowed to find it annoying and uncomfortable and to want no part in it, but that doesn't warrant a "get sex out of my face forever!!" mentality. you don't get to harass people for whom that is an important part of their lives. the tgirl wearing a dog collar who is existing in the same room as you is not sexually assaulting you, she's just wearing a dog collar. get over it.

I'm going to need y'all to preemptively chill out because the actor's strike is going to mean a lot of things including shows and movies we've been anticipating being pushed way back, and absolutely minimal press tours for the next however long this lasts.

The effects of the writer's strike are months down the road which made it a whole lot easier to support because as third parties we weren't really being affected (yet), the effect of the actor's strike is going to be immediate and we're going to get a lot more propaganda of "these people are overpaid to begin with."

Remember our desire for content does not supersede these people's rights to live.

Support unions, support the strikes.

The worst thing about not being able to sleep is that sometimes, you get trapped in your own mind. Your brain conjures up plenty of thoughys, and images, and scenarios, and all you can do is just lay there and absorb. You can't really fight your own mind when you're that exhausted, and it sucks.

Sometimes I get neutral or happy things, like inspiration for shit or ideas for fics, the drive to clean my room.

Sometimes, I get the shit end of the stick. Sometimes I recall a bad memory, or I put myself down, or a little voice is telling me to give up on loop.

Right now, I just want to curl up in a ball and stop existing. My brain hurts and I haven't slept properly in weeks. I might have to talk to my doctor again about pills.
