Bro finishing the Lab Rats series as a teen is a total trip compared to watching as a kid. As a kid it’s this funny little show with a few spin-off series’ and maybe it’s your favorite show for awhile until you discover Bubble Guppies but going back as a teen you see the underlying angst and small inside jokes shown between characters and subplots. As a kid you might think one bad guy was a total meanie and wanted them to go to jail and for the good guys to live happily ever after and not even notice how bittersweet the ending was and just wish that they even made it till the end. As a teen you notice the solemn looks between the actors and characters, see the way they know it’s the end and how the series has finally wrapped up. You grieve for the characters lost and forgotten and wish for those that never got the redemption you thought they deserved while eagerly waiting for the new season that won’t be coming

Idk man maybe I’m just thinkin about it too hard but Lab Rats was my first real show and I miss it. I miss being a kid

- I’ve touched on this is another one of my posts, but I believe Boris most definitely has sung to Theo softly when Theo is having nightmares or any trouble sleeping. He’ll just roll over and sing quietly in Russian or Polish with his arm flopped over Theo until they both fall asleep again.

-. Boris seems to be the kind of person that is quick to help another out (like Theo) but is less inclined to take care of himself in that same way. Theo is therefore the one who ends up cleaning Boris up (when he insists that really, it’s just a scratch) after episodes with Mr. Pavlikovsky or one of their fights etc.

I will never be over Pippa telling Theo that they could never be together because if one of them fell the other would fall with them instead of being able to help them and then Boris just fucking picking Theo up and getting his feet sturdy on the ground, Boris just fucking does exactly what Pippa says she couldn’t. Boris doesn’t let himself fall with Theo, he saves Theo and the painting, he saves Theo by saving the painting. Boris saves Theo in the exact way Pippa tells him she couldn’t and wouldn’t be a suitable partner because of her incapability to do so.

after the scene cut, in the goldfinch movie, after boris calls out “potter” outside of the shop, theo actually ran into boris’ arms and they kissed for a minute before theo realized they were in public and had too much internalized homophobia and that is why boris suggested they go have a drink inside the bar where the scene picks back up.
