Great shots of China’s Chang’e 4 lander, the first Chinese spacecraft to make a soft landing on the surface of the Moon. These were taken from the Yutu 2 robotic rover.

Interesting to note, the Yutu 2’s mission was supposed to last only 3 days, but it’s exceeded that by 362 days!

i cannot stress the importance of letting yourself be autistic

not just the good parts, not the parts that are met with an “aw, that’s a good autistic trait, so it’s ok!”

no. fuck that. you’re autistic, and as long as you’re not hurting anyone (including yourself), do whatever the fuck you need to in order to have your needs met and feel comfortable. 

it sounds harsh, but sometimes it needs to be: fuck other peoples’ feelings. they are not the top priority in your life, you are.

Social instincts are a biological extension to this underlying love that we experience and as a side effect it is useful for our survival. I can think of a few cases where asexually reproducing animals show love for each other. Remember also that love comes in many kinds and not just romantic/sexual.

Listen to me when I say that love isn’t something that we invented. It’s observable, powerful. It has to mean something.
