Sonic isn't the only one who cares about his brother. I think this is something that happens quite often. So much so that Tails isn't surprised by it anymore. Sonic is the one who always gets into trouble. But no matter how exhausted Sonic is, the first thing he thinks about when he gets home is "Are my friends okay?"
