Absolutely amazing!
Love how the characters are so chill and calm about living with vampire!
You live with a Vampire. Every Saturday, you give them a cup of your blood, and they cook you a nice meal.
I did it! I survived.
I need a sticker for surviving 2023 so I made one and thought I’d share it with you all too. Reblog to give everyone stickerssss
Do you feel like you are drowning
And you are yelling calling for help
But no one can hear you.
Your legs are tied and weighed down
And it's pulling you down
You can see the surface, the sunlight on it
You try to reach it
You keep trying to swim upwards
But the weight keeps you from reaching it
Your lungs are seizing up
And your heart is slowing down
Your vision is turning dark
And finally you relent to your helplessness
You give up
You lose
You die.
Thank you for these. 💙

So I finished watching the PJO show last night, and God am I disappointed.
I was expecting to watch a show which is accurate to the book. It was not.
I don't have any issues with them cutting scenes. But they lost the essence of Percy as a person. Everything felt rushed. The fight scenes were barely there. The fight with ares is an important part where it's shown how Percy has grown. The fight lasted all of 5 minutes on the screen. Half of which was given to Luke and Percy sword fighting. It's supposed to show that Percy is a good sword fighter. Apart from that, where was the tension? They knew everything. There was no suspense.
Also the beloved nicknames seaweed brain and wise girl felt forced. Funny scenes were cut. Annabeth explaining why Poseidon and Athena are rivals, why she has a bad relationship with her father. Why grover wants to search for Pan?
Also am I misremembering or there was this thing that they were not supposed to say the names of the gods?
I think if they wanted to make a different story line, then they should not have adapted the dam books.
Also anyone who was a fan of the books, who says be happy that you atleast got the adaptation, I would rather they hadn't adapted it AT ALL.
Like, when do heroes have time to meet outside of the field? How do they communicate costume changes?
