Authors who post like this are so deliciously unhinged. At this point it’s not even a fic- it’s a literary hostage situation, and i am ✨sat✨ ☕️
Lance? Why Lance?
fic where atsushi refuses to acknowledge that akutagawa's in the mafia
like akutagawa introduced himself and everything and it drives him insane but atsushi's just like 'yeah this is akutagawa. oh no he's harmless trust. he's just a civilian. think he owns a flowershop'
I picked the first scenario but I really like to imagine the mix of #1 and #4. Because let's be honest if Ron falls first he's gonna take a ton of time to figure this out for himself. And while he does that Toto will clear Ron's feelings for himself too🙃
Also I headcanon Toto to be at least a few years older than Ron and more experienced in like social life(?) so he must realise it quite quickly when someone likes him romantically. The only reason why he doesn't is cause he doesn't pay to much attention to Ron's weird behaviour (because he is like that all the time) so he probably would know that Ron is in love only after a while😶
the results of the rontoto poll i did two weeks ago (´∩。• ᵕ •。∩`)
#1 — Ron falls first, but Toto can't tell Ron likes him. (58.3%)
First place with an overwhelming majority of votes was for the headcanon that Ron falls first while Toto remains clueless of the fact. Indeed, it is easy to see how Ron, who is capable of investigating his own feelings, would become aware of any budding romance towards his detective partner right from the get-go. Meanwhile, Toto whose primary focus almost always lies in helping people through solving cases, might not even have the room to entertain the notion that anything else is going on between him and his friend.
#2 — Who fell first is unclear, but each think their feelings are unrequited. (22.9%)
In second place comes the headcanon that who fell first is anyone's guess, but that they both think the other would not return their feelings! Despite being a man of logic, one could imagine that perhaps when it comes to the matters of his own heart, even a genius like Ron might falter. On Toto's side of things, it could be the case that he finds it difficult to picture himself as a suitable romantic partner for Ron, when they clearly have many differences that set them apart.
#3 — Who fell first is unclear, but they both know they have fallen for each other. (8.3%)
The third most voted headcanon is probably the happiest one, where despite it being unclear who fell first, both of them know that they have feelings for each other. With the way Ron and Toto have seamlessly fit into each other's lives, it's not hard to imagine that their friendship might evolve into something more just as naturally and without a fuss.
#4 — Ron falls first and Toto can tell Ron likes him. (6.2%)
Second to last is the headcanon that Ron falls first and Toto can tell that Ron likes him. Despite not being remarkable when it comes to the matters of logic and deductions, Toto has shown to be someone who is quite empathetic. And let's not forget that, for much of the story, Toto has been Ron's emotional pillar who easily gauges when the genius is feeling down in the dumps. Given this, it's not so far-fetched to think that Toto might sense it, should Ron starts to see him in a whole new light.
#5 — Toto falls first, and Ron can tell Toto likes him. (2.1%) AND Toto falls first, but Ron can't tell Toto likes him. (2.1%)
Tied for the last place are the headcanons that Toto falls first, regardless of whether Ron can or can't tell Toto likes him. It is quite fun to imagine Toto succumbing to Ron's charms. Sure, he has witnessed what a superlative hottie Ron can be before, but it is a whole other ballgame once that charisma starts to make his own heart race. Whether Ron figures out Toto's flustered reactions are rooted in newfound romantic feelings, it's for you to decide!
Okay, that's all, fellow RonToto enjoyers! (。・ω・。)ノ♡ I know some of you already shared which headcanon(s) you prefer in the replies of the poll but I would still love to know which option you ultimately picked and why. Mine was #3 (ㆁωㆁ) even though I like to think about all the scenarios listed!
Hexcore, play "Judas" by Lady Gaga
Part 1
When Ron comes to Toto with a direct request to help him, Toto is offered to bet on provocations. Ron is young, so why shouldn't he get support from other young people? And what sells well among young people? That's right, outrageousness.
They take a bunch of photos, but the very first one goes on the cover, in which Ron still doesn't understand how he should behave, while Toto is desperately trying to hold his face in place and finally put on lipstick.
Needless to say, this lipstick soon ended up on Toto's face too?
As a result, the issue with Ron sells incredibly well, which brings Toto's publishing house a lot of profit.
The quote from Ron's interview, placed on the cover, does not go unnoticed by those to whom it was addressed
Well, if you asked Toto what lipstick tasted like, he would say cherry :)
Literally them
‘near is a cheap copy of L 😡’ yes and he knows it. He knows it in his fucking bones. That’s the worst part, right? He was trained to be another person. And he’s not. There is no way for him to ever fill that role because L, more than being a job, is a human. Who can never be replicated. Who died at 25 years old and left no instructions on what to do after. Near had no interest in Kira really beyond that L must solve the Kira case; he doesnt even really seem to like solving detective cases in general. When all is said and done, Near is a cheap copy of L. Because the tragedy of death note is that no character can ever exist alone, but they all will be when it’s over.
i know a lot of people mock when certain songs are overused on character playlists but I will never judge someone for putting bubblegum bitch on one. If you decided that your little tv guy is miss sugar pink liquor liquor lips who am I to say he’s not
