"Disabled people can do everything abled people can!1!1!!" I'm gonna have to ask you what you think disabled means
sticker design for pride this year! 💞🏳️⚧️
see the THING IS I don't feel like I ever worked hard enough to have "earned" the burnout, which is. probably how we got here.
Me: I'm feeling so creative today! I wanna draw, I wanna write, I wanna create! I wanna play games!
My disability: mhmm thats great but I have strict plans for you to have a six hour long migraine where you're crying in bed and so nauseous you can't eat anything. Sooooooo.
Best things about being disabled:
Not necessarily being in a flare up, but it’s been two weeks of things not being right and each day you lose more hope that it’ll ever be okay again
All food and drinks are making you sick, even water churns your stomach
The weather can make your writhe in pain
Not being able to do anything, watching TV is exhausting, even scrolling on your phone requires a modicum of attention
Sitting upright is painful
Lying down is painful
Keeping your eyes open is effort
Wishing you could be the old you, the healthy you
ive been trying to let evil into my life
I hate the sound of babies crying, but I can't hate a baby. They've been here for like five minutes and approach this situation with an unhesitant attitude of "my needs are unmet and I am going to make it everybody's problem", and I respect that.
