i return from the absolute cesspool life chucked me in last month to bring you this fun little nugget my brain gave me:

the earliest i can recall having d1s0rd3red e@t1ng habits is about 6 years ago (i actually started calling it what it was in 2021)

i have had d1s0rd3red e@t1ng habits for 1/3 of my life and almost half of the time i can remember •́⁠ ⁠ ⁠‿⁠ ⁠,⁠•̀

okay so my Project of the Month for january is learning a new kpop dance (or at least a section of it) each day and FUCK id forgotten how many calories dancing burns

cause im spending 1-3 hrs a day on this which is AT A MINIMUM 300-900 c@ls and usually closer to 500-1500 because the dances are usually really high energy

and its so fun?? like its hard but wayyyy more fun then running or anything involving burpees bc fuck burpees honestly

okie imma do this as like a countdown to Christmas yeth :3

Day 1 - Goals for the End of 2024:

To not gain during xmas/ny (or at least lose it right after)

could be harsher but i really really love christmas. literally almost all my positive memories from childhood are during christmas.

Christmas is Special and my stupid little brain don't get to ruin it :P

so my neighbour is finally back and she came over to give us cupcakes on halloween bc shes just that awesome (my favorite person on this earth <33)

and during the usual how-have-you-been-hows -school-how-was-your-cruise song and dance she said

"oh you're just wasting away look at you!"

nah i was like "oh no haha just been getting back in shape for karate you know haha"

but inside i was like omg nice grandma neighbor thinks im wasting away??? :00 validation!!!!
