ive got one stim thats wrapping my hand around the opposite wrist and then tapping each finger together and another thats rubbing the bones of my knuckles with the opposite thumb (both f@t-checking or whatever its called i forogt)

NEGATIVE CALORIE SOUP RECIPE- Negative calorie weight loss soup- You won't eat the whole thing. It will last you. PICTURED- Celestial oats and cinnamon probitotic tea and my soup.

2 cups water

1 zucinni chopped (you can shred to make zucini noodles)

1 Squash diced

1 stalk Celery

Bone broth i use "Kettle and fire"

1 cup nappa cabbage diced

1 cup chopped Celery

1 lemon juiced

DIRECTIONS- just throw it in a pot and boil. Enjoy
