First of all, I know that Lucius and Narcissa are NOT good people; and even after the story ends, they are blood supremacists. I am talking about them as a couple and parents ONLY. Now that being said, Lucissa love is extremely underrated and misunderstood in the fandom -specially by those who only saw the movies. Lucissa is the most devoted and well suited couple; their wedding survives 2 wars and many challenges, such as their sonâs life being risked. During Voldemortâs return Lucius was humiliated, and Narcissa never left his side and was the only person who treated him with respect in their own manor, which was a death eater base at that moment. She even defends him against her own sister, âIf Lucius hadnât-â [Bellatrix began.] âDonât you dare-donât you dare blame my husband!â (6th book) And when Harry taunts Narcissa about Lucius being in Azkaban, âI expect Potter will be reunited with dear Sirius before I am reunited with Lucius.â And 2 more examples: âMalfoy glanced sideways at his wife. She was staring straight ahead, quite as pale as he was, [âŚ] but beneath the table her slim fingers closed briefly on his wrist. At her touch, Malfoy put his hand into his robes, withdrew a wand and passed it along to Voldemort.â And during the big battle: âLucius and Narcissa Malfoy running through the crowd, not even attempting to fight, screaming for their son.â And when they met Draco they stuck together. Anyways all I am saying is Lucissa is one of the most well suited and established -canon- couple in the HP series, and I think people misunderstand them so much; specially Narcissa, she loves her husband and her son she will stick by their side even after all. I know she is not a good person (she IS much like her husband a blood supremacist, causing tension in family meetings with Scorpius because Draco didnât had the same beliefs anymore) TL;DR: Lucissa may be 2 bad people, but they really love each other, and Draco, deeply.
Hufflepuffs and Slytherins reblog we gotta find each other
(½) âMy childhood was dominated by her stories: living in the ghetto for two years, surviving off potato peels, running like an animal from the Nazis.  She was the only one who survived.  I have no grandparents.  No aunts or uncles.  Her entire family was killed.  We rose up from the ashes.  And my mother became a monster.  She deprived us like she was deprived.  My brother and I were always made to feel like a burden.  Like we were leeching from her.  There were no special occasions.  No birthdays.  No cake.  Everything was counted.  Everything was calculated.  Whenever I asked for something, I was made to feel responsible for World War II.  Sheâd say: âI didnât survive Hitler to get you a bag of potato chips.â  She never let me feel like we were in America.  I felt like I was the one wearing stripes.  Iâve dreamed about Hitler since I was child.  He tells me Iâm a mistake.  And that I should have been killed.  I remember when I grew older and started visiting the houses of friends.  I saw how their parents treated them.  How they were given gifts.  And how they were loved.  It felt like I was crawling out of the sewer, after the war, and learning that this entire time, some people had been living normal lives.â
Guilty.
637. Slytherins that are thought to be great in all the work that they do but are actually really lazy so they just try to find the easiest/fastest/most efficient way to achieve their goals without having to put extra effort. This makes them seem very smart and at the same time they donât need to work that hard, thus killing two birds with one stone
