Would you believe me if I told you this was a show about card games? 😂
Some of the ways we are beyond blessed as SGS (saigenos/genosai) shippers:
- Thousands of fanart
- Thousands of fanfic
- A wide variety of fan comics/doujins
- Cute merch, both official and fanmade
- Bi-yearly fan conventions in Japan. Previously nendoroid fans would meet up and have doll picnics and take pictures of their nendos and make SGS themed foods
- A video of Genos' VA saying (in Genos' voice) "I love you Saitama-sensei!"
- An official drama CD where Saitama and Genos play out their version of Romeo and Juliet
- A series of drawings by Murata with Saitama and Genos in a cinderella AU, with Saitama as the prince and Genos as cinderella
- Murata making comments during his livestreams that he knows about the shipping and subtly joking about it. Murata commenting and RTing from openly shippy SGS accounts
- ONE making a point of saying he has no problem with shipping of his characters
- The English VAs tweeting about how they ship it too, joking about them going on a date etc. Saitama's VA signing a fan's print with "I ship it too"
- The Japanese VAs using body language and phrases with double meanings like "fine, I'll go out with you" during the opm festival. Genos' VA being asked to pose the Figmas and putting Genos in Saitama's arms
idk thinking about how sometimes you have to show up for people you aren't that close to, because sometimes you're just the person who's there. sometimes you invite a new friend to a party and end up having to sit with them through a panic attack. sometimes you run into an acquaintance on their worst day and they need to talk about what happened. sometimes someone is crying in a stairwell and you're the only one around to ask if they're okay. and none of this is "trauma dumping" or whatever the fuck it's just being there for people because you're the one in the room with them.
Watched the fnaf movie on peacock yesterday, here are some things i noticed ! :D These are not all of them.
1 - Sparky is seen briefly in one scene (although im not sure if the quality is that good to make him out), he was originally a hoax in the FNAF fandom as a "sixth animatronic" .
small fact - The hoax was started by users on tumblr named Kodiabear and Ngyugen !
2- Matpat in the fnaf movie + his nametag
Aside from matpat being in the movie, his name is Ness. Matpat confirmed that this was a reference to his video about sans being ness that scott put in deliberately
3 - the employees of the month are references to fnaf youtubers !
although its easy to miss, because it looks like this in the film
4 - Coryxkenshin is the cab driver ! it got spread around quickly though so you probably already knew that
another small fact (i mean.. if yiu haven't watched the movie) - he gets a mid credits scene!
!! MAJOR SPOILERS FOR 4 !! ....... be warned
4 - The springlock suit that chica attempts to put Abbey in could be/is a reference to the Ella doll from the books
5 - The end credits is the FNAF 1 fan song by the living tombstone ! (no literally)
Blumhouse really put alot of effort into making this movie GENUINELY for fans, i really REALLY encourage you to watch it. :)
making shitposts for a 25 year old show >>>>>
Which path should he choose?
The path of the warrior, the path of the scholar, or the path of the artist?
