are there any nonhuman who are their species due to trauma with that species? I know of those who are their species caused by a trauma response but for example, a dogkin because they had been bitten by a dog
no one has to share due to trauma being a personal experience, but if anyone would like too I am very curious and would like to learn more!
The tags are everything I know. I am sharing this with every single one to try and spread the word.
As tiring as all this shit is, I can't in good faith continue to use spotify.
For anyone else jumping ship, I used to exportify.app to save my favorite playlists.
I think certain nonverbal and even nonhuman-adjacent shows of affection are just. so much better at conveying what feelings are trying to be gotten across than words do.
Words can be ambiguous in heat of emotion. If I snarl at someone, they get it and back off.
Nothing quite shows affection like pressing up to someone and letting out a hearty purr, or giving them a good nose-nuzzle. Biting them gently as a show that your fangs might be sharp, but you’d never hurt them.
And, of course.. yelping or yowling when someone steps on your paw. Always does the trick.
is there any water bird kin out there? I'm questioning sandhill cranes due to a few reasons but I wanted to talk to folk who could be the same as me !!

you there. person posting a "list of alterhuman terms" post in the community tags. name and define five alterhuman identities that ARE NOT nonhumanity or fictionkinity. if you try to use voluntary nonhumanity as one of these the dragon gets to eat you. you have five minutes.
if anyone wants they should totally ask me questions that you would ask someone who is a system/plural/multiple in anyway and maybe it'll help me figure out how I experience plurality :)
(plus I just like answering questions)
