So, y’all ready for Steven Universe Shippuden in… like, 6 months?
anyways, japanese imperialism is not a thing of the past and still exists today. japanese propaganda is in the little things, and to end it you have to recognize them. stop glorifying the rising sun flag. pay attention to how japanese media treats its korean characters as opposed to the white ones. be on your guard when anyone or anything implies that japan is in any way superior to other asian countries. above all, listen to and support any poc who has been affected by japanese imperialism.
“Those poor boys”
“She deserves to be punished too.”
“I’m not saying I support rape, but-”
“Sorry to say - she deserved it.”
“She put herself in harm’s way”
“But if she was fingered, then that’s not rape.”
“She ruined their lives.”
UPDATE: SHE WAS HINTED AT!!!!!
A BLACK GIRL IN OVERWATCH?!!!!
My best friend’s crappy boyfriend got her pregnant.
This wasn't consensual at all. He slipped the condom off during sex when she wasn't looking, and dumped her after he heard the news.
She needs an abortion, but her parents are strictly pro life and won't help her. She's about a few weeks in, and I don't want her to drop out of school because of the negative feedback she'll get. It's bad enough that she already gets anxiety attacks from stress.
Getting an abortion at Planned Parenthood costs about 300-900 dollars. It would mean the world to me if anyone could help by donating to her paypal. She's a bright student and a very talented programmer. Anything helps.

Hello everyone!
I am so sorry for the delay. I’ve been busy but am finally able to announce Black Midsummers Day!
This is a day that takes places this month on midwinter (aka - the winter solstice, 21st). I decided on a day, not a week (yet—the week will be in June) due to the close proximity of the event. But don’t worry—it’s an easy event.
Who is this event open to? Black people.
What is this event about?
Black Midsummers Day is an event to celebrate black people in sub and alternative genres that we are usually kept out of . Genres such as classical, goth, dark academia, vampires, fantasy, period, history, literature, etc.
How to participate:
It is simple and there are so many ways. The first way, is to post a selfie of yourself dressed in or in the aesthetics of anything mentioned above. But it’s totally fine if you don’t want to show your face! Do you write poetry, draw anything related to the genres above, make mood boards, aesthetics, etc., post that and that’s fine too. Also, do you sing anything relate above, play instruments, etc? Post that too?
Just make sure you are a.) black and b.) either @ this blog or use #blackmidsummers when you post!
This is supposed to be a fun event. As a black person myself who loves things like period drama, fantasy, alt cultures, etc., I never felt that we got to see ourselves in such areas. Especially black women and women aligned folks. That said, I want to represent us in all of your beauty.
If you aren’t black—you cannot partake but you are 100% free to share and boost this post and any posts related to it!
Some owl house sketches I did :D
