ES|| Tengo la ilustración de un nuevo animalito, amante de las plantas, en proceso. Solo le queda un poquito más de color y los detalles finales! Se trata de una preciosa greyhound adoptada que es más feliz que una perdiz si la dejas subir a un sofá. Su nombre le va como anillo al dedo, se llama “Haizea”, viento en euskera. Qué bonito es poder dar una segunda vida a un animal en apuros. Si estáis pensando en compartir vuestra vida con un animalito no lo compréis, recordad que hay muchas asociaciones y protectoras como @sosgalgos @galgos112oficial @galgo.espanol.espana @galgosdelsol , que luchan por los derechos de los animales, donde podéis adoptar. Los animales no son un negocio, un objeto o un capricho que comprar y, cuando ya no nos satisface como querríamos, tirarlo o abandonarlo. The main character is a beautiful adopted greyhound who is the happiest being in the world if you let her climb on a sofa. Her name fits her like a glove, it's “Haizea”, wind in euskera. It’s wonderful to be able to give a second life to an animal that has suffered. If you are thinking of sharing your life with an animal, do not buy it! Remember there’re many associations like @greyhoundrescue who fight for the animals rights, and where you can adopt a lot of different animals. Animals are not a business, an object or a whim to buy and, when it no longer satisfies us as we would like, throw it away or abandon it. They’re a living being, a friend and a possible new family member!

ES|| Para celebrar que ya casi tenemos el otoño encima, voy a enseñaros una serie de heladitos que he estado haciendo en mis tiempos libres (he de confesar que gran parte la he hecho viendo películas de miedo… ¡Viva el contraste!). Pues como os decía, he estado jugando con el illustrator, que lo tenía un poco aparcado porque siempre acababa aplicando el color con Photoshop o de forma tradicional, así que he estado usando nuevas herramientas y formas de trabajar y probando estilos nuevos. Al final tengo tres helados sonrientes de sabores bien distintos (creo que este es mi favorito de entre los tres diseños, ya me diréis cuál es el vuestro cuando los haya colgado todos), pero con dos propuestas de acabado diferente para cada uno de ellos. A vosotros cual os gusta más: con la línea negra o con las líneas de colores?🍦🍓

EN|| To celebrate that autumn it’s almost upon us, I’m going to show you a series of ice creams I’ve been making in my free time (I must confess that I’ve made most of them watching scary movies… I love the contrast between what I was watching and the piece I was doing!). Well, as I told you, I've been playing with illustrator, which I had put on hold because I’ve always ended up applying the color with Photoshop or in a traditional way. So, I've been using new tools and ways of working and trying new styles. In the end I have three smiling ice creams with very different flavors (I think this is my favorite one of the three designs, I hope you’ll tell me which one is yours when I’ve posted them all), but with two different looks for each of them. Which do you like the best: the one with the black line or the one with the colored lines? 🍦🍓

EN|| I’ve being trying something new. I usually draw my illustrations with black outlines, either in pencil or vector. So, I’ve done a series of illustrations about baby animals with their mothers, experimenting with flat colors, only using lines in “small places” to make separations. I think I quite like the final pieces... Let me know what you think! 🤍 To start the series, a giraffe mum and her cute little child looking up to her. Always learning new things to thrive in the world.🦒☀️

ES|| Estos días he estado probando algo nuevo. Normalmente suelo dibujar mis ilustraciones con contornos negros, ya sea a lápiz o con vectores. Así que he hecho una serie de ilustraciones sobre crías de animales con sus madres, experimentando con colores planos y usando las líneas negras solo en pequeños puntos para crear separaciones entre planos. Creo que me gusta bastante el resultado final de las piezas... ¡Contadme qué os parece a vosotros!🤍 Para empezar la serie, una mamá jirafa y su adorable cría mirando hacia arriba, admirándola. Siempre aprendiendo cosas nuevas para prosperar y “florecer” en el mundo.🦒☀️

ES || Aquí tenéis un detalle de las oropéndolas rodeadas de flores i plantas. Aunque parezcan dos especies diferentes de pájaro se trata de una pareja: el macho es de un amarillo vibrante con antifaz, las alas y un trozo de la cola negras, en cambio la hembra cambia el amarillo por un tono mas apagado y verdoso y el negro por un gris amarronado, además tiene una encantadora barriguita de tonos blancos con pintitas oscuras. Curiosamente cuando dibujé estos pajaritos no los había visto nunca, pero no hace mucho pude observar estas preciosas manchas amarillas y negras en el cielo. 🌻🌿

EN || Here’s a detail of the orioles surrounded by flowers and plants. Although they look like two different species of birds, they’re a couple: the male is vibrant yellow with a black piece of the tail, mask and wings, while the female changes the yellow for a more dull and greenish tone and the black for a brownish gray, it also has a beautiful white tummy with cute dark spots. Curiously, when I drew these little birds I had never seen them, but not so long ago I got the chance to see these beautiful yellow and black spots in the sky.🌻🌿

ENG || Once upon a time there was a hard-skinned dragon who couldn’t get out of his little house full of spiky roses. Although the flowers were beautiful, sometimes the spikes ended up hurting her feet so she grabbed a stack of books, a good cup of tea and, in her favorite armchair, began reading and traveling to other worlds full of adventures and mysteries. Sometimes it seems that everything around us is hurtful and even more so today, a spring day that we usually spend on the street surrounded by books and flowers but we’re strong! Happy bookday!

ESP || Había una vez una dragona de piel dura que no podía salir de su pequeña casa llena de rosas repletas de pinchos. Aunque las flores eran preciosas, a veces los pinchos le picaban los pies así que cogía una pila de libros, un tazón de infusión y, en su butaca preferida, comenzaba a leer y viajaba a otros mundos llenos de aventuras y misterios. A veces parece que todo lo que nos rodea molesta y más hoy, un día de primavera que normalmente pasamos en la calle rodeados de libros y flores, pero tenemos la piel dura y podemos con cualquier piedra que se nos ponga en el camino! Feliz día del libro!🐉🌷

CAT || Hi havia una vegada una dragona de pell dura que no podia sortir de la seva petita casa plena de roses plenes de punxes. Tot i que les flors eren precioses, a vegades les punxes li acabaven molestant als peus així que agafava una pila de llibres, una bona tassa d’infusió i, a la seva butaca preferida, començava a llegir i viatjava a altres mons plens d’aventures i misteris. A vegades sembla que tot el que ens envolta molesta i més avui, un dia de primavera que normalment passem al carrer envoltats de llibres i flors, però hem de recordar que tenim la pell dura i podem amb qualsevol pedra que se’ns posi al camí!
