Hongjoong

Hongjoong is romantic. His kisses are small and tender. He would have definitely planned this out, much like Yeosang. However, you ruined his plans.

“I had a nice date with you.” He said, gazing into her eyes. (Y/n) and Hongjoong were walking hand in hand through the park, gazing at the stars. The lamps gave the path a soft, romantic glow. Hongjoong planned this, he would walk her up to the fountain, tell her she’s beautiful, and then kiss her. Not too complicated, right? But that’s not what (y/n) had in mind. She had stopped on the small path, Hongjoong pausing with her. Her hands fell on his cheeks.

“You have stars in your eyes.”

She placed her lips on his for a short second and pulled back. Hongjoong was in shock but still had enough sense to lean in once again. The two connected in that soft moment.

Seonghwa

Seonghwa’s kisses make time stop. He pushes you in his essence. All there is, is him. And he makes it known.

Ancient lovers believed a kiss would literally unite their souls, because the spirit was said to be carried in one’s breath. And Seonghwa, he took her breath away. The two had been slow dancing at a celebration party for Ateez’s one year anniversary.

He swung her around, letting the beat guide them. The small fairy lights twinkled with glee as the couple twirled once more. For them, nothing else existed but the other. To (y/n), the room became dark with only Seonghwa as the light. The song was coming to an end.

Seonghwa took this this moment and held onto it. With a final twist, he lead (y/n) into a dip with his lips coming with it.

Heaven was what both would describe the moment as. She felt him. Body, mind, and soul. He was hers and she was his. Seonghwa’s lips enraptured (y/n)’s. They were together now. It was sealed with a kiss.

Yunho

Yunho is sweet and kind. His kisses would be soft and gentle. Yunho is a gentleman.

The ride home was filled with laughter and fun. Yunho and (Y/n) had just seen a movie together and were currently discussing the plot.

“That ending though.” Yunho whistled.

“It was dumb.” He let out a deep chuckle.

“Yes it was.”

He pulled up to her house, easing the car to a stop. Yunho immediately turned off the car and ran to the other side. He opened the door for her and helped her out, leading (y/n) to the door. The duo stood on her door step, smiling and looking at the setting sky.

“Thank you for tonight!” (Y/n) said to Yunho smiling the whole time. Yunho took her hands.

“No, thank you.” She smiled and looked at her feet.

“Can I kiss you?” Yunho blurted out. (Y/n)’s face flushed red.

“Yes.” She squeaked out.

Yunho leaned in and brushed his lips against hers. Small but sweet but still filled with meaning. (Y/n) squeezed his hands one last time and headed into her house. Yunho stood on her doorstep, smiling. He kept thinking about how the world was too good to him.

Yeosang

Yeosang planned it out and succeeded. His kisses are short but sweet and definitely loving. He wants to express his feeling through physical actions.

Yeosang was fidgeting all day, nervous that his plans would fall through. He had even confided in the other members about it. All they said though was “it’s just a kiss”. The couple was in a café, enjoying the warm atmosphere. Snow fell softly in the ground leaving a soft blanket in its wake.

“I love you.” He confessed while staring into his latte.

“I love you too.”

He sat there for another second and looked up. He leaned in, his lips caressed hers gently. Yeosang’s hand barely graced her cheek. She gasped in surprise. He put a little more pressure on her lips and she reciprocated.

The taste of mint hit his mouth as he pulled away. Caramel in hers. Butterflies were still in (y/n) stomach.

“I really love you.” He’d whisper once more.

San

San likes to kiss like it is the last time he will ever touch you. He holds you like this is the last time he will ever be with you. His kisses are filled with desperation.

The boys sat in the waiting room in the airport. Thirty minutes until boarding. San sat with (y/n) as this would be the last time in four weeks that he could be with her.

“I’ll miss you.” He said while pouting.

“I know.” She said back, patting his head that was laid on her shoulder.

“Who am I going to cuddle when you aren’t there? I think you should come with us.”

“You know very well Wooyoung is ready to cuddle all the time.” San let out a puff of air.

“I don’t want Wooyoung, I want you!”

“You have me.” San sat up glancing at the beautiful person in front of him.

“It’s time to head to the gate guys.” Their manager announced. Everyone started gathering their things. San’s eyes filled with panic.

He pulled (y/n) close and locked their lips in a fiery passion. His arms pulled her closer, taking all breath away. It was rushed. It was passionate. It was filled with lust, desire, hunger, and intensity. But it was filled with love and longing.

He pulled away and grabbed his bags, not even sparing a glance as he walked out with the rest of his members. Hours after the plane took off, the passionate kiss still lingered on her lips.

Mingi

Mingi would kiss when the time feels right. He’s super chill so the kiss may be sloppy but still good. He would always take his time with you.

Mingi’s heart beat was comforting under her ear. His arms were wrapped around her, holding them together. This wasn’t unusual for the couple. Both had long, hard days and just wanted to fall into each others arms. Talking wasn’t needed. All that was necessary was each other. Mingi glided his fingertips up and down her back, leaving goosebumps in return. His hand traveled up (y/n)’s arms and to her chin, lifting it gently towards him.

Mingi’s lips locked with hers, gliding ever so gently. Their eyes were closed and hearts beating in sync. He laced his hands through her hair pulling her closer. (Y/n)’s chest burned, begging for air. The two separated, a small string of saliva still connecting the two. The couple went back to their original position, relaxed just like before.

Wooyoung

Wooyoung would have the element of surprise on his side. Both of you didn’t expect it but he went for it. Wooyoung kisses you with purpose. He kisses you with want and need.

“Wooyoung!” (Y/n) laughed as he tried the dance move again. Recently he’s been practicing his ‘sexy dance’ for the come back. He’s been moving his hips around all day all while making weird noises.

“It’s time to stop.” She said while hopping off her seat to grab her boyfriend.

“Nope. How about you try!”

He grabbed her hips from behind her and started swaying. (Y/n)’s sweet giggles filled the room. Wooyoung made eye contact with her in the mirror.

“You are beautiful. I could just kiss you.”

She looked up and leaned against him.

“Why don’t you?”

Wooyoung spun (y/n) around and mashed his lips with hers, the soft skin of his face brushing against hers. His lips held hers ever so gently. When he retreated they both let out an exhale.

“I’d do that again.” Wooyoung said, breath brushing (y/n)’s lips once more.

Jongho

It would be a spontaneous but good kiss. You both would lock lips with passion. Jongho’s kisses are sweet and affectionate. He likes going slow and sensual.

Jongho laughed loudly as he pushed (y/n) down on the couch, successfully, for the 20th time.

“I swear you’re cheating!”

The two had been play fighting the whole day. She had told Jongho that she was stronger than him, he disagreed. He was currently sat over her, laughing. She used this to her advantage. With one strong and quick movement, Jongho was on his back.

“I win!” She shouted. Jongho looked up at her, smiling bigger than before. As if the two read each others minds, they leaned forward. Their lips softly connected. Jongho’s hands were on her hips and (y/n)’s on his chest. Tingles spread down her spine as he caressed her sides. The two stayed like that for 5 seconds before she pulled away with a suck of his lip. Jongho sat up.

“That was nice.”

i.l.y. - Woosung Fluff

Listen. The Rose’s album came out and I have some very drastic feelings about it. So… here’s this… also go stan The Rose pls they deserve it.

I huffed, annoyed. I haphazardly fidgeted with the zipper on my leather jacket as I chewed at my bottom lip, scanning the number of people walking into the bar. I could literally feel the wrinkles permanently burrowing into my skin from the frown lines that etched into my face from my brows being furrowed together.

All that I had wanted was to come to my favorite bar to drink away the stresses of work. My boss had been a royal bitch today, and the thought of drowning myself in a bottle of Jose Cuervo sounded beyond appealing. I was not happy when I got to Sam’s Burger Bar to find that, apparently, there was live music happening later that night.

A huge crowd of people began to form, and I was not okay with that. I slammed my debit card down on the bar to close my tab when my elbow had been bumped and I had spilled cranberry juice and liquor down the front of my blouse for the sixth time that night. I muttered something about being glad that I had decided to wear a black shirt that day.

“Calm down, (Y/N),” my regular bartender, Maria told me. “They’ll be too busy swooning over the boys on stage to bother you soon.” She tossed my card back at me, and I rolled my eyes, but put it away. The need for booze was way stronger than being irritated with drunk idiots. Who knows? I could become a drunk idiot too and end up having a great time.

I heard shouts of excitement and assumed the band had taken stage. Maria poured me another shot, which I took with great satisfaction. I tossed it back as soon as I heard the initial pressing of a few keyboard notes, but the moment that I heard the voice ring through the microphone, I practically gave myself whiplash from turning so fast.

The stage was occupied by four men. The white haired man with the voice like honey strumming a guitar drew me in immediately. His black skinny jeans paired with a white t-shirt with a denim vest would have, any other time, pulled a sarcastic remark about trying too hard had he been anybody else. The keyboardist took over for the second verse, and though he was also talented, I was pulled to the snow-haired guitarist.

I don’t remember consciously making the decision, but I suddenly realized I was on my feet and moving toward the stage. Pushing past people, I refused to take my eyes off of him, so I wasn’t able to see the amount of dirty looks that I was on the receiving end from the other people in the crowd. I made it to the stage right as the first song ended. Cheers erupted around me.

Snow-hair took the microphone and thanked the crowd. He announced himself as “Woosung” and the band as “The Rose.” I was enthralled his entire show. The passion behind his eyes when he sang was enticing. He made you feel every single note and word that he sang, and I was completely lost in him. Throughout the night, I became just as wrapped up on the music as well. I felt it mingle with the alcohol in my blood stream and the combination freed my mind of all of the stresses of the day.

After the show, I went to the bar to close my tab. Maria smirked, saying, “so much for you not wanting to be around people.”

“That guy… his voice was like, hypnotizing! And he was super hot. I’m gonna have to look up their music because I think I’m in love with him.” I knew I was being dramatic because I was tiptoeing tipsy, but part of me meant it. I had definitely acquired a new band crush.

Maria raised an eyebrow at me and pressed her lips together. It was one of those movie scenarios of “they’re right behind me, aren’t they?” I closed my eyes right and pursed my lips shut. I spun around to see him standing right there, a bit of a cocky grin across his lips. He was even more handsome up close.

“I came to get a drink,” he said, “but I would also like your name, if possible.”

That was the start of my relationship with Woosung. He was more than the intense musician who sang about heartbreak that I saw on stage that night. He was goofy and fun. He was light. He had a smile that melted my heart, even almost a year later. He was genuine and kind.

One day, he was home from work for the day. It was nearing another tour season, and I was nervous for how long he was about to be gone. I was not ready for him to be away for so long. I tried to take in every moment that I could with him, and today happened to be the perfect day for it.

There was a light pitter patter of rain hitting the window of our studio apartment. Although he spent quite a bit of time working in Seoul, we also had our home together here in California where he was originally from. It was a simple and small apartment. A wall of windows faced a skyline of buildings with the ocean peeking through the background.

I was sat on the floor, leaning against the couch in one of Woosung’s oversized sweaters. A mug of cocoa kept my hands warm as my head bobbed to the sounds of gentle plucking from Woosung’s guitar. Crumpled pieces of paper surrounded us. Every now and then, an ecstatic gasp of a great idea hitting him would escape his lips. Other times, a frustrated groan.

Regardless, he was 100% adorable. I looked back upon the night we met as I watched him play his acoustic. I remembered how mad that I had been, unknowing of how drastically my life was going to change after the snow-haired boy started singing.

Woosung leaned forward, catching my attention. I shook my head and came out of my daydream. I smiled, and asked what he was working on.

“Can I run a rough draft of something by you?” he looked anxious.

“Of course!” I jumped onto the couch and crossed my legs. Woosung began to play a light gentle melody. His voice was soft as he sang a beautiful song. The words “Baby, I’m falling for you. I love you,” tugged on my heart repeatedly.

When he was done, he chewed on his bottom lip, nervous for a reaction.

“It’s so beautiful, baby!” I beamed. He was so good at music; writing it, making it, performing it. I was still constantly overwhelmed with admiration at his talent.

“Good. I’m glad you like it, considering you were the inspiration.” The nervous look spread across his face again.

My heart fluttered as I said, “I love you too, Woosung,” before I leaned forward and kissed him.

[12:27 pm] you‘d always believed in the idea of soulmates and you were fascinated by the fact that someone out there was destined for you, and you were destined for someone. you didn’t know who, or when the two of you would meet, but you were sure it would happen someday. you’d been really curious to know who your soulmate was, and meet them. people said that you know the person in front of you was your soulmate when you see light around each other. most of your friends had already met their soulmates and talked about how amazing it felt when they finally met their soulmate for the first time.

you already tried imagining a scenario where you finally meet your soulmate, but you knew it would never be compared to what it felt like in reality. you had no choice but to wait for your soulmate. you let a heavy sigh leave your lips in frustration when you accidentally bumped into someone, the two of you bumped so hard that both of you fell to the ground.

“oh my god i’m so sorry, i should’ve paid more attention.” you looked up to see the stranger you bumped into on the street, he had purple hair that stood out to you, rays of sun made his honey skin glow. when you looked carefully at him, you saw a halo of light around him. could it be the light your friends were talking about? could this person be possibly your soulmate?

“do you see the light i’m seeing?” you asked, he was staring at you equally. somehow you hoped he’d say yes. and surprisingly he nodded.

“so i guess you’re my soulmate then,” it sounded like a statement rather than a question.

“i’m jung wooyoung.” wooyoung’s voice was so soothing it made your heart almost melt. your heart was beating so fast and you felt butterflies all over your stomach, is this how you feel when you finally meet your soulmate? it was an unfamiliar feeling for you, but it was most definitely exciting.

“we’ve finally met, wooyoung. i’m y/n.” you introduced yourself as he gave you a warming smile, and oh how beautiful his smile was, you’d never seen such a pretty smile.

and from this moment on, you knew wooyoung would definitely be someone so special to you.

[2:17pm] you walk along the ledge of the park fountain with mingi at your side, dark eyes warm with affection as his hand grips yours securely to ensure your balance. he enjoys the way the sun filters through your windblown hair, the way it catches the high points of your face and highlights them, the way it bathes your profile in a golden halo of light. his heart thumps painfully in his chest, and his lips curve into a soft smile.

his gaze is heavy on your skin, and it makes a smile of your own tug at the corners of your mouth as you glance his way. “what is it?” there’s laughter in your voice, and oh it’s the sweetest harmony to mingi’s ears. mingi doesn’t respond, and you stop to turn his way completely. “what is it?” you repeat.

your eyes drop to catch the part of his pretty pink lips, though no words come through immediately, and then back up to his eyes that are still watching you with all the awe of a man that’s seen the answer to all his problems in the world. 

“c’mere,” he finally says, hands tugging you off the fountain and into his waiting arms. 

his name is a playful laugh on your lips, cut short by his own as they find yours. they’re gentle but firm, soft and loving as they move against yours. his hands drift to your ass━more out of habit than of any underlying sexual desire, as if they belong there, as if that’s they’re home━and slide into your back pockets, the curve of your ass resting comfortably in his large hands.

“you’re so beautiful,” he murmurs against your lips. “i’m the luckiest man alive.”

An arm wrapped around your shoulder from behind, the jacket fabric tickling your neck as the person dragged you to their chest. “What’s up, Hongjoong’s secret admirer?” You swatted at Yunho, grimacing at his joyful statement. “Shut up, jackass!” He laughed, ruffling your hair before dodging your flailing hands. You crossed your arms, glaring at the tall boy. “You’re lucky you’re my best friend.” 

Yunho’s grin widened as he followed you comfortably. “I assume you haven’t seen the love of your life today since you’re so moody,” Yunho stated matter-of-factly. You scoffed, raising your hand threateningly. “Or maybe I’m moody because there’s a loud goddamn tree following me!” Yunho rolled his eyes, gripping your shoulders to pull you into his side. You sighed defeatedly, leaning into the boy’s side as you continued walking.

“Are you going to Seonghwa’s party?” Your lips twitched, shoulders shrugging in response. “Nah. I’m not the biggest fan of parties, you know this.” He nodded slightly, leaning down to your eye-level, “Yeah, but it’s Seonghwa! His parties aren’t insane. And Hongjoong is going!” Flicking his cheek, you exhaled in disbelief, “Just because he’s going doesn’t mean I’m going, Yunho!”
