I've seen a lot that people talk about Samyaza/Idith giving sapphic vibes and I agree but I think that there already had been sapphic vibes from book 1 from Moocifer, at least to me. I don't know, something about the shyness and tenderness of them and how they treated each other in book 1 felt quite sapphic to me

That makes me really happy! my friend and i always joked that abm is actually a he/him lesbian angel paradise. one of my fav things about abm, actually, is the room to think of it that way. Lucifer and Michael can feel so traditionally femme x butch at times and their relationship can be read as sapphic very easily. I think it's not just their tenderness but how they encourage one another and see each other as beautiful (I don't think handsome is used once?), as well as the blurry line between friendship and romance and etc. Thank you for the observation!
