{ my healthcare and updated personal skincare routine }
VITAMINS! how your skin looks really depends on what’s on the inside. if you eat and drink drunk it’s eventually going to take a toll on how you look physically!
• drink water, eat vegetables, fruits, and yogurt daily, and take your vitamins !
- hair skin and nails, fish oil, vitamin c, and vitamin d are some i take daily!
TEA OVER COFFEE
• i love coffee, but tea is always a better option. less anxiety and overall better for you!
- green tea, hibiscus, peppermint, and chrysanthemum tea with a little honey are my favorites!
when it comes to my personal skincare i love to change it up while keeping my products on the more simple and clean side! so fragrance free, cruelty free, etc!
{ these are what i personally use on my face - depending on season too! }
CURRENT WINTER ROUTINE
{ i’ll add strawberry seed oil or hyaluronic acid!}
SUMMER ROUTINE
for my sunscreen i’ll either use neutrogena clear face spf 55 or supergoop play spf 50! theyre great for my brown skin because they leave absolutely no white cast!!
{ i’ll sometimes add a vitamin c serum!}
Finding products that work well together and work amazing for your skin is a big part, but so is how you treat your body on the inside! And remember skincare results take time, so do your routine every single day if you can!

Pairng: Steve Rogers X OFC Werewolf X Bucky Barnes
Warnings: LEMONS!
Summary: OFC is a werewolf in search of the perfect man or this case werewolf to mate with to carry on her blood line. What is supposed to be a quick fuck turns into a night that leads to another possible suitor and father. Will she be able to continue her life as a lone wolf or did she bite off more than she can chew?
A/N: Just lemons, all the smut. This is a werewolf AU, the Avengers are a pack; and yep you guessed it, Steve is the pack leader and Bucky is his second! I never mention a name so take this as a reader insert if you like. THIS IS NOT A ABO FIC! >😉
Words: +3,600
—————
It was time for her to pass on inheritances to the next generation before she was past her prime. All female werewolves, especially the lone one’s, knew when it was time to breed, to leave a legacy before moving on and living out the rest of her life; alone. Her impending, heat, she guessed it would be called had brought her here to the Avengers compound. More specifically after one blond soldier in particular, knowing Steve Rogers had the genetics to sustain the next generation.
A charity ball was the perfect time to find her target, take what was needed and leave before sunrise. Bedding the pack leader would be enough, she would be gone the instant they had finished. Entering into the compound dressed in a dark cocktail dress that accentuated thick curves, scent disguised by soaps and perfumes so no one would be none the wiser.
Quickly spotting the well-built blond sitting at the bar and making her way to him. Carefully she danced lithe fingers over strong shoulders the moment he caught her scent. Steve turning to look at her, baby blues flashing with reflected light the instant they laid on her thick frame and gracing her with a smile.
“Evening captain,” the woman began, moving in a way that told him she was there for one thing and it appeared he was going to grant it to her quicker than suspected. The blown look of his pupils had her wondering if he had caught scent of what she was, only well-bred wolves where this confident.
Taking the barstool next to him but leaving her hand on his arm, she couldn’t help but relish in the warmth pouring off the well-built alpha along with the smirk he gave her. Watching pupils swallow any color that may have remained, surprising her as without a word Steve took the hand resting on his forearm in a heated calloused one while getting to his feet. The blond was quick to tug the thick framed woman with him, darting around others who were in attendance but ignored them in favor of pulling the woman down the corridor to the elevator.

It can be hard to find that balance between a character that is too perfect for readers to love and a character that is too flawed for readers to relate to.
Something I like to remember when thinking of flaws to give characters is that very often, flaws can be positive attributes that are in excess.
(This is related to Aristotle’s Virtues and Doctrine of the Mean.)
FOR INSTANCE,
Courage is a positive trait.
But taken too far? That can lead to rashness, or recklessness, which are negative traits. And without enough courage? The character is meak, fearful and cowardly, which are also negative traits.
Here are some examples to think of for your characters of positive traits taken to the extremes.
Virtue- kindness
Excess-easily taken advantage of
Deficiency- selfishness
-
Virtue- ambition
Excess- greed/avarice
Deficiency- lazy
-
Virtue- honesty
Excess- harshness
Deficiency- secrecy/dishonesty
-
Virue- decisiveness
Excess-impulsiveness
Deficiency-indecision
-
Virtue- passionate
Excess- irritating
Deficiency- apathetic
-
Virtue- strong leadership
Excess- over-controlling
Deficiency- indifferent/passive
Hope this helps :)

They say that the first emotion you shared with your soulmate was one that would rock your entire being.
Bucky was grateful he had never felt it.
Of course, he had been in and out of time so the thought of having a soulmate was the furthest thing from his mind.
Fear and loneliness were a constant for him and he would hate to have someone feel that. They said that some had their soulmate born at the wrong time. He figured it was like this for him, it made sense, he had been on ice for the longest time.
Then there were times when he would be walking along, Steve and Sam having dragged him out of his hidey hole and into the sun, moments that made him pause. He would turn his face into the sun, let the warmth sink into his skin and his breath would catch.
"They say that some can talk with their soulmates before even meeting."
"That what happen with Tony?"
Sam smiled at Steve as he shoved a hot dog into Bucky's hand. "That's what he claims.
"Can you imagine?"
Bucky shoved the dog into his mouth. God he hoped not. He had enough voices in his head.
He wondered what song it was that was stuck in his head, where had he heard it? Maybe Natalia had sung it. Confusion swamped him and he blinked at the bright rays of sun that blinded him.
"Tony says that Pepper was on the verge of marrying someone else."
That wasn't unheard of. Many had relationships before meeting their soulmates. Some married and had full lives before meeting their other halfs. Bucky wondered, how could you choose? Or was it something that you had no choice in?
He shook his head, the soft song just barely vague enough that he could not hear the words. He could feel them. He grunted as Steve knocked into him pulling him from his thoughts.
**
Pain woke him.
He was used to pain. It was like a second skin. He reached up and touched his eye gingerly, did he get hit during rough housing with Steve earlier? He grumbled as he swung his legs over the edge, the pang of sadness hit him like a wave and made him stumble.
His lips hurt and he was certain it hadn't been split, he fumbled till he caught the switch and he stared at his reflection in the mirror.
Nothing.
He was fine.
Why did he feel like shit? Like Steve had put him through the ringer.
"Fucking crazy."
And there was that song again suddenly.
And the sadness was stronger and Bucky felt as if the world had turned upside down.
"Are you real?" He asked quietly, holding his breath, praying he was wrong.
"Oh." Came a soft response. The song halting.
"Oh," he repeated.
His heart clenched and he stumbled back till he hit the wall next to the door. The light quite suddenly too bright in the small bathroom.
He felt- desperation. A sudden clarity and a gnawing pain. A pain that was deeper than physical, the loneliness hit hard and he struggled to breathe. It was her loneliness. Her fear. He had felt this before. She had felt this…
"I'm sorry."
Bucky blinked. It was gone. The pain in his jaw, the feel of a cut lip, the throbbing in his eye. Not only the physical but the sadness that had weighed him down so heavily had lifted and he found he could breathe.
He took a breath surprised at how easy it was. How his lungs expanded, the ache gone.
A new ache made his eyes sting, a sob catching in his throat as he slid down the wall, curling in on himself.
He had a soulmate.
One he had never wanted. One he had been grateful to not have.
She was out there. Alone. Hurt.
She had apologized to him.
When she was in need of him.
He took in a deep breath, jaw setting in determination. He was going to find her. Even if she didn't want him to.

If you're going out of your way to attack dark blogs/writers, you need to do some soul searching. Any proper dark blog is going to have warnings and tags for their stuff so if you read it anyway despite knowing its not for you? Thats on you. You dont block tags or just the blog in general? Thats on you. You take the time to go looking for these blogs that aren't doing anything to you? Thats on you. We dont force our writing on anyone who doesnt want to read it. We're literally just minding our business and do our part by properly tagging and warning. So please do yours by taking responsibility for your own actions (or lack thereof) as well. You aren't going to find any sympathy here if you come at me with the bullshit
