Continuation from last HP AU Post 

After graduating Hogwarts Arthur joins the Ministry Of Magic and becomes a obliviator and is stationed in UAE where he wipes muggle minds that are out the harm witches for participating witchcraft. (Apparently Saudi Arabia had in 2009 and maybe still has an Anti-Witchcraft Unit)  

While Alfred (who never graduated Hogwarts for doing magic while on Christmas break of his 5th year saving one of this his muggle neighbors from a car crash). Spends the next 10 years in America making a movement that is for exposing   the wizarding world and having it integrate with the muggle world. Only in the last few months did his movement finally get some momentum booking speaking gigs like college campuses, Big Speak, and TED.
