Hi, anon.
Shifting is choosing to become aware of any desired reality. By shifting you are becoming aware (in 4d) of a reality, and when you shift (awareness) it becomes the 3d. The answer to your question is yes, it can be ANY reality. If you can imagine it, you can have it.
To clarify something, thereโs no โfantasyโ and โirlโ. Shifting is real, another reality is real and feels exactly like this one, you will experience living a life in a reality that you chose. So shifting IS IRL. You should expect from shifting that literally anything is real and possible, thatโs first.
If youโre new I suggest you do your own research about shifting and law of assumption as it is similar concept that helps a lot with shifting. Make sure to not get your info from tiktok. Good sources of info are: shifting subreddit; Neville Goddard subreddit, loablr, shiftblr.
Try and not dwell on methods, try understanding the concept of shifting so you can know how it works and then pick whatever works for you, follow your own inner voice.

It has finally clicked for me how imagination (4d) is the real reality and the physical reality is just the mirror. It feels so freeing.
I knew this already, Iโve read it countless of times and Iโve heard people say this but it never clicked for me and I never truly understood.
If you can imagine it and if you want it then itโs yours in imagination and it HAS TO reflect in the 3D because itโs the law of assumption.
Just persist that you have it in imagination and it WILL reflect into the 3D because it has no other choice!! Itโs the mirror!!
When you stand in front of the mirror and donโt like the outfit, you go and change it into something you want. The mirror doesnโt have a mind of its own so when you come back, the outfit youโre wearing will show in the mirror, itโs not gonna show you wearing a black t-shirt when youโre obviously wearing a pink T-shirt. The mirror has no mind of its own. The 3D is literally YOU. Donโt be afraid of the 3d, see it instead as your bestie or something, that it WANTS to give you what you want, that it WANTS to bring you your desire. You donโt have to do ANYTHING but change your thoughts/states or whatever way you manifest and the 3D will do everything it can to bring it to you in the most perfect way for you. Just sit comfortably and know that since you have it in imagination and persist in it, it will reflect in the physical world.
Maybe this will help or maybe it wonโt because this is what everyone says all the time in their own way of telling it. And it took me years to finally understand what it meant so please donโt be hard on yourself.

Repetition repetition repetition
Your brain forms new pathways through repetition, memories are solidified by repetition, it's how you learn and how your beliefs are solidified.
Through all ways available to you repeat repeat repeat what you want it to know
Ways you can do this:
Affirmations (repeated internally or verbally)
Visualizations
Grounding in the idea that your desire is fact
Subliminal messages or affirmation tapes
Mediation
Your subconscious takes everything at face value. It believes everything you tell it. When you repeat something to it it will believe you.
Think of it as a glass of water. It starts out muddy and filled with old thoughts. When you fill it with fresh water the mud and grime will be pushed out of the top of the glass as it overflows. Eventually, the glass will be filled with only clean water.
How long will that take? That depends on how much mud (what your subconscious beliefs are and how dedicated you are to those beliefs) is in the glass and how much water you are using.
If you only do a drop a day the cup will eventually be cleared of the mud yes, but it will take much longer. If you continue to add mud (negative thoughts) it will overshadow what little water you add.
But if you use a power washer and blast the cup with more and more and more water, bam, it's clean.
We are creatures of habit
We think thousands of thoughts a day, most of them are thoughts we've thought before. That's why it's so uncomfortable to change a thought pattern, it's a habit.
How do you start a new habit? Repetition and consistency.

๐Robotic affirming is repeating your affirmations until you get your desire. It works instantly , it is totally worth it. You don't have to believe your affirmations. You can repeat them mindlessly.
๐คIt doesn't matter how long you do it . There are no rules. You can use as many affirmations you want to. Robotic affirming helps to pass your limits and doubts. Let's say you affirm for 1- 2 hours for your desire but then start wavering ( complaining , worrying , entertaining opposing thoughts etc ) . It is okay if you waver but don't dwell on those thoughts. Deny them. Don't let them get to you. Ignore those thoughts and start repeating your affirmations . Sammy ingram said that you can say your affirmations out aloud to get rid of negative thoughts because you can't speak one thing and think another thing at the same time.
๐Basically, you are saturating your mind with what you want. Once those affirmations become dominant , they will manifest since dominant thoughts manifest. The more you familiarize your mind with your desire, the more fast you will manifest it.
๐คAffirm. Affirm and Affirm. Don't leave your important tasks, in other words, don't neglect your life to affirm but affirm when you are scrolling through your phone , showering , doing skincare , cooking, eating etc .
๐You affirm until your desires materialize into the 3D . You need to be RELENTLESS. You need to be CONSISTENT. Don't think about how or when your desires will manifest. Don't put your desires on a pedestal. I mentioned it my paradigm and mental diet post too and I will mention it again , REPETITION IS THE KEY.
I recently tried repeating affirmations and assumptions all day long. I didn't experience the shifting I expected, but I found an interesting clue as to why shifting is delayed. I practiced these affirmations and assumptions to the limit, and one day, I suddenly experienced that my consciousness was deeply attached to this reality and the feeling of anxiety. At that moment, a scene from another world came to me, and I felt a very specific, strong, and distinct feeling in the scene. When I withdrew my attention and interest from the existing reality, all of this disappeared as if it had never existed in the first place.
From this experience, I learned that the reason shifting or manifestation is delayed is because of the strong immersion in this reality. Even if we are not conscious of it, our consciousness is very, very attached to this reality. It is so attached that we only feel this one feeling, which is this reality, so paradoxically, we feel nothing. However, if our consciousness is sufficiently detached from reality, we can feel another reality specifically and clearly.
I have been repeating this since this experience, paying attention to my consciousness and sense of presence. It has only been a few weeks since I started, but I keep seeing signs around me. For example, repetitive numbers like 1111, 333, 2222. I feel like this is the simplest and most essential method.

The self determination theory (SDT) is a psychological theory of motivation. It focuses on the degree to which specific human behaviour is for the self ; self motivated and self determined
Basically, what exactly is it that a human being can do, that isn't manipulated by outside influence, but rather they're own human nature?
According to the theory these are 3 self motivated human behaviours:
Autonomy
Having the freedom to decide your actions without outside influence.
Example: Being able to go out with your friends, without your parents restricting you.
Competence
The ability to do something effectively and be useful.
Example: You're a very useful employee at your company, this means you are competent for your job.
Relatedness
Being connected or related to someone, or something.
Example: Having a connection with family or friends
OK, so how does any of this apply to shifting and escapism?
When you lack one of any of these 3 behaviours or feelings, this is a disruption your human nature. Naturally by birth, you are within your birth right to recieve all of this.
Each of these behaviours, have extreme importance in your cognitive behaviour
- Cognitive behaviors are thoughts, ideas, and representations of yourself to others.
If you don't have the will or ability to control your actions independently, you are most likely going to feel stuck, and like everything is out of your control. Doing things that make you happy and activities you find meaningful, will become an issue due to your lack of autonomy.
If you don't feel competent in areas of your life, or people aren't competent when it comes to you, this can create low self esteem and a bad self concept, you may think of yourself as "worthless" "useless" or "incompetent"
You may feel less motivated to taking on new challenges and activities, as you feel like you're just going to fail, and mess everything up anyways.
Connection is what makes us human, love and empathy towards overs and receiving it, is what makes human life so special. Relatedness, is what you need to experience caring relationships, to be part of a community, and overall to feel love. Humans need love, that is a fact.
When these basic needs aren't met, a human being can lack the motivation to commit to any one of these factors, which take up a huge part in life.
Lacking these can make you feel, stressed, anxious, self loath and nihilistic.
When you don't have these 3 factors, this causes a lack of motivation to commit to them, which means you don't have them.
So you turn to something else, escapism.
"Escapism isย the tendency to distract oneself from real-life problems. It can also be conceived as shutting meanings out of one's mind and freeing oneself from self-awareness for a while . Escapism has been identified as one of the key drivers behind online behaviors, in both adaptive and maladaptive ways"

Think of escapism like touching a hot stove. Imagine you place your hand upon a stove. At first its cold, and you're fine.
Then the temperature starts to slowly rise, its currently warm, its still fine you can deal with it. Now, it's getting hotter, and hotter, and hotter...
And you remove your hand.
Not on purpose, but by instinct.
By reflex, your hand immediately moved away from the stove once it got too hot.
Your nervous system felt the pain, which sent a signal to the brain, that something with your hand is wrong.
Biology isn't my strong suit I fear.
Another example.
You're in immediate danger, there's a tsunami coming your way, it's too big for you to face, if you stay where you are, you're going to get crushed by the water, and die on impact. So what do you do?
You run.
Naturally you escape from the dangerous situation, because who in their right mind would test their luck and try to survive a tsunami?
Are you getting it?
When human beings are faced with a situation that is uncomfortable, causes mental, or physical harm, or even death, their first response is to escape.
It is human nature to run, to escape, to not face the dangerous situation. Sometimes it can be a bad move, like ditching a daye you were nervous for, other times it could be skipping school because you constantly run into a group of serious bullies.
Repeat after me.
If you are in a situation where you do not feel loved, worthy, or free, you are allowed to escape.
You are allowed to escape.
Empathise on that baby, nobody is going to tell you off for it.
However, you must be weary of using shifting as escapism.
Shifting is a wonderful phenomenon, it is not something that determinez whether you live or not. It doesn't determine your worth either, nor is it something that causes you psychological stress.
If you find yourself having suicidal or self harming thoughts with shifting as way go mend these thoughts, I beg of you to take a step back and evaluate these thoughts of yours.
Shifting is a journey, I preach that it's something that can be done on the first go, but that isn't the case for everybody.
It can be as short or as long as you make it, failure in shifting when using it as an escape from serious issues, is a one way road to psychological distress.
With that, I ask that you first deal with your mental health, before anything else.
Find something that makes you feel good and grounded, something you enjoy.
Please remember, that not everything is something you must be good at, if it came from you it's already perfect.
Meditation, painting, dancing, listening to music, writing, exercise. Anything and everything that makes you feel good, nothing is too silly, nobody is going to think you're weird or bad at doing something you love to do.
I found that talking out loud, writing in my journal, mediation and watching anime helped me a lot when I had "life impacting plans" connected to shifting.
LESSON SUMMARY

2. Shifting bring used to run away from a bad situation, isn't negative. It only becomes negative once you prioritise it over your own health

Hi, my research has shown that delayed reflection in 3D creates conflicts with beliefs we already hold. For example, if we have a spear that can pierce everything, a shield that can block everything, and we poke the spear into the shield, a contradiction occurs. This 3D reality is a virtual reality that is rendered based on a number of beliefs we hold. For example, there is no such thing as the earth, people, or matter; everything that is perceived and recognized is an illusory sense. If we desire something that is so far removed from our existing physical reality or environment, there are many contradictions and conflicts that arise, and the beliefs and intentions that cause these conflicts are then presented back to you, and you have a choice to make about whether or not to maintain them.
Nothing is impossible, it's just a matter of how much it conflicts with your existing beliefs. This conflict and choice becomes stronger and stronger the more you do this over and over again and the longer you continue to do it. This conflict may even persist until you recognize it clearly.
To accelerate this process, you need to keep manifesting what you want and withdraw your attention and care from what you don't want. If your existing methods don't seem to be working for you, what you need is to practice them more and more often. It will have an invisible acceleration and momentum that will show you increasingly noticeable effects. For example, stop thinking about it every hour and keep imagining and assuming only what you want. This is why many manifesters have in common that they emphasize to keep going until it happens.
What about reality shifting? They already, like Neville Goddard, frequently report instantaneous materializations and large-scale alterations of reality before their eyes.
And Neville Goddard once demonstrated creating materials before our eyes in a VIP lecture.
I think I understand how the erroneous idea of each of us having "separate universes" began. It's a direct result of misunderstanding these two statements:

There is no lack in the world as far as love, abundance, wealth, etc, and these can manifest in any number of ways that are perfect for you.
But there IS only one Hope Diamond, along with many other rare items millions of people would like to own. There sometimes IS only one candidate who will get a job that ten loa practitioners want. How do they reconcile those facts with the ideas above? Well, rather than accept that any person can't have a specific thing that they want, they created a whole new theory to get around that fact: that everyone can have anything they want in their "own universe."
People used to trust the greater aspect of God to give them what they really need and want. You'd often hear that someone thought they wanted something specific and prayed fervently for it, but their lives took a totally different turn and they received something ๐ท๐ข๐ด๐ต๐ญ๐บ ๐ฃ๐ฆ๐ต๐ต๐ฆ๐ณ than what they asked for! For example, when people say they want a certain job, what they really want is a job that is perfect for them; one that is fulfilling, suits their schedule, pays well, etc. THAT is what is going to manifest. It wasn't a failure on their part if they didn't get a specific position - it means it wasn't the right one for them. Instead, the Universe delivered to them the RIGHT thing based on what they really wanted.
Similarly, when someone wants an SP, what they REALLY want is a relationship with someone who loves them. They want romance, excitement, and perhaps someone to grow old with. Well, your SP isn't necessarily that person just because you want them (as many divorced people have found), and they ARE just one person! Imagine how many loa practitioners are currently trying to manifest...umm...(insert name of whatever celebrity everyone is crazy about these days.) They can't all have them, and each one is going to see it as a failure when they inevitably don't end up with them. So why not skip the frustration and realize the truth: that you're really desirous of a good relationship, and let the Universe arrange it with whoever is perfect for you?
H. Emilie Cady, one of my favorite loa authors, addressed this immensely important point below in her book "Lessons in Truth." The italics are mine.

You do not and cannot, by any possibility, desire that which belongs to another. In summary: The statements "There is no lack" and "I can have anything I desire" actually mean that there's an abundance of love and prosperity for all, and will manifest as the things which are right for you and will bring you the feelings of comfort and security you truly desire. Knowing this, there's no need to do mental gymnastics to make oneself believe in things like "individual universes" in which we're all dating the same celebrity so-and-so. We know we're not. Let's instead accept the ๐ณ๐ช๐จ๐ฉ๐ต thing for us, which the Godhead is more than capable of discerning and delivering! ๐ค
You are the God of your reality , meaning you take control. The awareness is whatโs doing the controlling or should we say that controlling/ deciding where our awareness goes is how we take control. Your emotions and feelings are not in control, your thoughts are not in control, your mind is not in control, the 3D is not in control, other people are not in control. Drill this into your mind!! remind yourself of this once you become aware of this everything else becomes so much easier.
