If you knew that everything in your life is up to you, and your entire fate lies in your hands to do with what you wish, would you accept it? Or would you run for the hills and cower behind circumstances and greater powers?
It's all up to you. Your dreams, your destiny, your parth, nothing is set in stone, everything is up for grabs.
Are you going to let the fear of change take away your endless potential?
..Yet people experience them constantly. I used to think that manifestation only worked for rich people but then I learned that even said people were only truly successful if they believed they could be. Because even if you're born into privilege, it can evaporate unless you think your wealth can be grown. There are a lot of scarcity driven rich people who believe exploiting and gouging money are the only ways to make more money. They're always miserable and let their fear control them.
In the world we're living in, we're actually surrounded by money that's everywhere. If you've worked anywhere that deals with tracking it behind the scenes, the IRS, etc, there's so much money funneled into places it shouldn't be, unclaimed checks and benefits, just more money than you can imagine that shows up in places you'd least expect that others benefit from. Many governments also misuse it. So it's not an issue of it not being available.
It's a belief about access. That also applies to opportunities. Contrary to popular advice, you don't have to network or put forth any action to make things happen for you. You can sit on your ass and get a call, text, or DM from said opportunity. It angers people who were taught it couldn't be that easy. But in reality, everything is. A big rep or company head will contact you if you think that can happen to you.
If you start telling yourself that you are going to get xyz in the fastest and easiest way possible or from doing nothing at all, then you've just granted yourself access.
"Why me?"
Why NOT you???
Alright, listen up, you judgmental assholes. I see y’all out here screaming about how "wrong" and "creepy" it is for someone to age themselves down in their DR to hook up with someone or relive some youthful romance. Meanwhile, you’re out here aging yourself up for the same exact reason, but somehow, in your twisted logic, that’s perfectly fine? Bitch, be fucking for real.
Let’s cut the bullshit: If aging yourself down to date or fuck is wrong, then guess what? Aging yourself up for the same reason is just as fucking wrong. There’s no moral high ground to be found here. You can’t call someone out for shifting into a younger version of themselves while you’re over there shifting into some older fantasy version of yourself just to live out some “mature, powerful lover” scenario. It’s the same game, just flipped.
Now let’s get to the real MVPs of hypocrisy: teenage shifters. You’ve got a real special brand of double standards, don’t you? Y’all will shift to a DR where you’re suddenly married with kids, living that adult fantasy life like you're some grown-up with a mortgage and responsibilities. Then the next day, you’re back in a high school DR, flirting with your 15-year-old sweetheart like it’s nothing. And yet, these are the same people who have the audacity to label adult shifters “creepy” for shifting down to experience young love or redo some teenage memories they missed out on. How the fuck do you not see the hypocrisy?
You can’t have it both ways. You defend your shifts by saying, “Oh, teens are also horny too so it is okay for me to script sexual stuff.” But then, as soon as an adult mentions wanting to relive a younger stage of life, you’re all up in arms, crying “predator!” Girl, sit down. You’re doing the same damn thing, just in reverse. You can’t pretend your shit is squeaky clean when you’re basically flipping the script to suit your fantasy.
And here’s where it gets real funny: y’all love to age yourselves up to live that mature, adult life, but when you come back to being 15 or 16 in your DR, suddenly you wanna cry about how your "maturity" is affected? Please. You’re switching between being a married 30-year-old in one DR to being a high school junior the next, but it’s the adults you want to come after? Y’all really gotta wake the fuck up.
Then, oh the fucking nerve, teenage shifters will sit there and script full-on adult relationships with older partners in one DR, then hop back to being a teenager dating another teen in the next DR. And y’all don’t see the contradiction? How’s it okay for you to be all up in adult business in one DR, but when an adult shifts down to experience young love, you wanna call them out? Make it make sense, because it sure as hell doesn’t.
Oh, and let’s not forget the real kicker: The pressure y’all feel to cram in all these shifts before you hit 18 in your OR, like once you become an “official adult,” those fantasies will suddenly be seen as creepy. So, there’s this mad rush to get all your DR desires in before adulthood hits, like you’ve got some moral deadline. Really? You’re creating a ticking time bomb for yourself, thinking everything's okay now, but if you did the same shifts in two years, you’d call yourself out? How is that not completely fucked up logic?
And let me not forget how some of you teenage shifters treat shifting like cosplay. You’re out here playing dress-up in your DRs, accusing adults of being creepy, and yet you’re scripting yourselves into stripper DRs or pornstar fantasies, acting like that’s somehow less weird. Bitch, please. You’re over here aging yourselves up to hook up with adults, or worse, aging down your adult love interests to match your age, and you still have the nerve to point fingers at others? That’s some next-level mental gymnastics right there. Y’all are doing cartwheels with your logic, and it’s honestly embarrassing.
Here’s a real mind-fuck for you: A 15-year-old shifts into a DR, lives there for 40 years, then comes back to their OR and dates someone who’s still 15. By your own logic, they’re now some kind of “predator” because they’ve lived for 55 years, right? But flip it around, if they shift back to being 15 and date a 55-year-old who’s aged up in their DR, suddenly that’s a problem? Where is the consistency here? You’re out here with a ruler trying to measure everyone else’s moral standing while standing in a pile of your own bullshit.
It’s like trying to apply chess rules to poker—you can’t just make up the rules as you go along to justify your own shifting decisions while dragging others. Every reality is different, every context is different, and trying to slap your one-size-fits-all judgment on someone else’s shift just makes you look like a clown. Shifting is nuanced, it’s complex, and y’all really need to stop pretending you’ve got some moral blueprint for everyone else to follow when you can’t even keep your own shifting ethics straight.
Bottom line: If you’re out here aging yourself up for the same shit you criticize adults for when they age down, you’re a hypocrite. Period. Either admit that both are fine, or recognize that both have the potential to be problematic. But you can’t keep pretending that aging up for some weird-ass fantasy suddenly makes it all okay. If you’re out here policing other people’s shifts while turning a blind eye to your own ? you're full of shit.
You don't get to rewrite the rules just to fit your narrative and then sit there acting like you're the moral compass of the shifting community. If you’re out here saying that aging down for a fantasy is creepy but think aging up for the same purpose is perfectly fine, you’re not only delusional, you’re a straight-up hypocrite.
And let’s get real: the double standard isn’t just ridiculous, it’s fucking exhausting. If you’re playing the same game, whether you’re aging down or up, it’s still the same manipulation of age for personal gratification. The moral high ground you think you’re standing on? That shit doesn’t exist.
So here’s your wake-up call: Stop preaching about what’s “right” or “wrong” when you’re shifting if you can’t apply the same scrutiny to yourself. You either gotta accept that shifting age—whether up or down—comes with some ethical complexity, or you need to shut the hell up and sit down. Because if you can’t see how aging up to fulfill your fantasies is just as questionable as aging down, then you’re not as woke as you think you are.
So next time you wanna criticize someone for how they shift, take a long, hard look at your own DRs and ask yourself: Am I being a hypocrite? If the answer’s yes, then maybe it’s time to step off your high horse, own your shit, and recognize that you’re not above anyone else. Either own it across the board, or get off the fucking ride and let everyone shift how they want to. Stop acting like one version of age-changing is somehow more acceptable than the other.
affirming that you have it in the 3d does nothing. you dont live there. what you see there is not "proof". when you affirm and when you script and when you visualise, you are proving to yourself that you have it in the 4d. that's all you need to do. the 3d will work itself out. that part isnt up to you, you have to let it go.
Realisations from an OCDer:
Edward Art mentioned in his videos that the identity we have in the 3D is like a character that we embody. Therefore, the physical body that we have is just a character that we embody in the 3D. Think of it like a skin that you wear to navigate this reality. Its main job to do is to keep you alive, so your body is just trying their best to do so. For example, when your character experiences high levels of stress and anxiety, intrusive thoughts are triggered and is sometimes accompanied by anxiety attacks, nausea, heart palpitations, repetitive behaviours (esp in OCDers) etc etc, making these intrusive thoughts feel "real". However, that is not true. Your physical body is merely trying to get you out of the distressing situation that you are in, so it is doing all that it can to cope. Do you see it now? All of what you have experienced is not coming from YOU, but your physical body, your character, your skin. That's not to say that your experiences or feelings aren't valid, they 100% ARE. But the problem here is that we tend to identify ourselves with those thoughts and feelings and assume that those are us.
They aren't.
What YOU are is pure consciousness.
"You are the universe having a human experience, You are the universe experiencing itself" - Alan Watts
Think about it. Without your existence, without YOU, how does ANY of the things in the 3D matter? How do your desires matter? What is any of it if YOU do not exist?
Because we are everything and nothing all at once, intrusive thoughts do not matter at all. Intrusive thoughts only feel "real" because of the character that we embody in the 3D, it is not coming from US.
Isn't it comforting to realise that we're not responsible for our intrusive thoughts? They are literally just thoughts. A thought is just a thought until you give it meaning. So its time to take back your power!!! You are in control!!
And so what if an intrusive thought pops up? So what if you feel like shit because of it? None of this is coming from YOU. It means NOTHING. Its coming from your character. So feel those feelings if you have to, cry if you have to but whatever you do, DO NOT give your power away to these thoughts! You are not a failure for having them. They CANNOT stop your manifestations as long as you don't identify with them. Remember your thoughts are NOTHING without you! They hold NO POWER.
YOU DO.
One man, Richard Dotz, used Lester Levenson's Release Technique to continually release resistance from his mind, eventually reaching a state of lasting ecstasy.
And when he got into that state and stayed there for almost a whole day, he noticed that everything was happening incredibly quickly and instantly. For example, if he wanted something, he turned a street corner and it appeared, leading to a life of endless coincidences.
In other words... Neville Goddard's Sabbath or Buddhist meditation is good, and Lester Levenson's release technique is also good. If you keep your mind as peaceful and calm as possible and keep doing it, things will happen surprisingly and instantly.
One person I know wears a wristband that tracks his REM sleep stages. He sets an alarm to go off when REM sleep starts. He recorded his REM sleep for a few weeks, and when he figured out where he was most likely to wake up in the middle of the night, he would wake up. Some interesting things to note is that when he stopped lucid dreaming for a few months because of his job, he started having black and white, blurry dreams like everyone else. However, after about a few months of trying to lucid dream, he said his dreams became as vivid and colorful as before. However, he was a bit extreme, waking up at the crack of dawn and extending his sleep by almost 12 hours a day to have more lucid dreams. He also seems to have short dreams of a few minutes to a dozen minutes. So he said he would sleep more during the day to have more dreams.
According to Steve Taylor's book The Leap: The Psychology of Spiritual Awakening (An Eckhart Tolle Edition), enlightenment can be more ecstatic than sex. Enlightened individuals undergo a transformation of their ego structure, becoming akin to a hive mind. They do not judge; their body's senses and movements occur automatically, while their consciousness takes a deep rest within their being. Everything in the world, including themselves, happens spontaneously without effort or force.
After enlightenment, a person's mentality shifts from a vertical, hierarchical structure to a horizontal, spontaneously networked state where all functions operate at peak efficiency. Whether an enlightened person engages in sex becomes a meaningless question, as they do not directly decide or control it. They simply experience, exist, and harmonize with the world.
Enlightenment removes the filter of duality, causing much of the tension, effort, resistance, and fear involved in distinguishing between "you" and "me" to disappear. This allows access to pure, original energy, leading to a greater flow of life and energy. This surge of energy is experienced as profound joy.
Just woke up from a 78 years shift in my kny dr. I totally frogot about this reality.
Me rn:
No, actually, affirmation alone does not work.
Recently, I have been repeating the affirmation “I am a master shifter” for about 3 weeks. I also assumed that I was a master shifter. For the first few days, nothing happened or changed, it was just boring. But after about 5 days, I started to hear vibrations and buzzing around my body. I continued to affirm and assume throughout the day. And the vibrations became more intense, and I could feel them even when I was doing other things I normally do. And I started to feel a pressure. It was like energy was pressing down on me. And I started to experience anxiety and panic. Even if I ignored this anxiety, it continued. It was like a thick fog. No matter what I did, this anxiety continued in the background. And as I continued to repeat the affirmation, it got worse. At some point, I tried to find the cause of this anxiety by paying attention to it, and after about 2 hours of concentration, at some point, this anxiety suddenly disappeared. And at the same time, I experienced this intense vibration that was so strong that I could barely feel this physical reality. And then I returned to normal. The anxiety disappeared, but I experienced some kind of panic and stress symptoms in my body.
I experienced extreme mental confusion and fatigue, and I thought that if I continued any longer, something big would happen, so I stopped here.
In fact, I expected success. Because everyone claimed that if I just recite the affirmation, I would succeed. They often asked me if I really continued the affirmation consistently, and said, "You only seem to have failed because you didn't try, and you just have to keep doing it until you succeed." I thought, "Everyone just did it for fun and didn't succeed. If you keep doing it consistently, you will definitely succeed." Well... And the experience was really painful. It wasn't what I expected, it wasn't fun, and most of all, reality shifting didn't happen.
Affirmations are really powerful tools. If you repeat them enough and keep doing them, you will soon experience the powerful effects of affirmations. I have heard similar cases in other spiritual traditions. However, what I have experienced in practice is that when affirmations work, they can have quite a destructive effect. If you are not in a state where you can receive the power of affirmations, you can end up in a painful experience like I experienced. And affirmations do not really solve everything. Well, if the effects of affirmations really were limitless, consider that Christianity and other religions have been using affirmation-like tools consistently. Did they really show an effect that defied the limitations of this physical reality? Of course, I have heard of rare cases where people who have practiced for decades or more have gained such power. However, it did not seem to be achieved by affirmations alone.
I also tried tools like subliminals and self-hypnosis. I actually bought a professional expensive EEG device and measured my EEG. For example, theta waves are dominant in hypnosis or deep trance states, right? I actually succeeded in inducing and measuring these EEG waves with a tool called the mind machine. However, that was it. Nothing happened. I didn't feel more comfortable or relaxed, just theta waves became the dominant EEG waves on the EEG measuring device.
Oh... I actually tried many methods. I heard that astral projection and lucid dreaming were so effective, so I thought I could do it too. However, astral projection was easily achieved through <<The Illusion of the Method>>, but it was just like a black and white dream. Except for being fully awake, nothing else special happened. I saw some interesting scenes that I had never imagined, but that was it. And most importantly, there was never a reality shift.
Many people claim... the void state was also successful after several weeks of effort. However, I experienced the disappearance of space itself and it was interesting. And that was it.
Many of the things I experienced were actually within the realm of things that could happen in reality. Although rare, they were not completely unheard of... and these astral projections, void states, theta states, etc. may be difficult at first, but if you keep repeating them, you can succeed in a few weeks. However, there was no phenomenon that went beyond this realistic limit.
Well... I have seen many cases of Neville Goddard's students and others who succeeded in reality shifting. I think these successes are actually true. However, why do only a very small number of people succeed when they try the same method, and most others fail or nothing happens? I have always wondered about this. Please do not say that self-change is the answer... Because I have already tried to change my self-concept to the limit, and as a result, I have reached a state where I can naturally try shifting in my daily life.
There are infinite realities:
There is a reality out there in which you are a baby still, learning to babble and discovering the world with brand new senses.
There is a reality out there in which you are a 90 year old man who has seen the entire world, lived through wars and catastrophes, but also married the love of his life and had many, many children.
There is a reality out there in which you are a famous artist, living your best life and creating art that inspires generations even long after your death.
There is a reality out there in which you are a butterfly, blue wings fluttering in an early spring morning, living a short, yet happy and fulfilled life, bringing beauty everywhere you go.
There is a reality out there in which you are a 500 year old witch, where immortality is the norm and magic is abundant and accepted, where you use your gifts and skills to heal the world and make it a better place.
There is a reality in which you are a 16 year old girl going through her first heartbreak, a 35 year old man going through a divorce, a 40 year old woman finally meeting the love of her life, a 5 year old boy starting school for the first time.
Time is not linear, and neither are your experiences.
You are the universe, having a human experience.
You are everything and nothing, you are the world and the void, the light and the darkness, the conscious and the subconscious, the limitless, vast existence.
This reality is not the standard, it is not the rule to the many exceptions. It is merely one of many, a starting point to your endless experiences. It is not holding you hostage, it is not hindering your progress, it simply is.
All you have to do, is realize your endless potential. You, as you are right now, are a part of the great consciousness, the one infinite awareness.
The creator.
Take a deep breath, recenter yourself, and let go. You will shift.
That is inevitable.
