a normal person's interpretation: wow the moron is on a power-trip, the monologue is functionally establishing a new villain for me to fight against as glados transitions to a new role

my interpretation: wheatley was momentarily possessed by the ghost of caroline and this is actually, in fact, a bizarrely fitting approximation of what she would want to say to you-know-who

If I had a nickel for every time Joker dies (or isn't in a state to be technically considered alive), but somehow even beyond his grave partners up with Batman and works as a narrator or a deuteragonist, I'd have three nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened three times.
